An unforgetable tour
5/5

It was a great tour I will never forget. We did the 3 day Murchison Falls Tour and it was amazing. The team chose a good programme, which really showed us the beauty of Uganda. The accomodation was really comfortable with good food. Our guides Justine and Ben were loving people, we enjoyed the tour together and had lot of fun. They were very reliable and caring.

my amazing experience of my safari trip to uganda with Bird nest
4/5

The warm welcome to Uganda summarised the nature of the hospitality we were yet to receive.
Our group was quite big but these guys managed beyond our expectations
They faithfully stuck to the schedule that was planned prior to the safari. Hotel check-ins were smooth and destinations arrangements were as per our brief.

Ms. Patience from the Bird's Nest Safaris was extremely responsive to every single mail and telephone call. Also, our Driver Eddie was more than just a tour companion, in fact he became part of the family for the entire length of the safari.

During our 6 days game safari in Uganda we were able to visit the Murchison Falls park, Queen Elizabeth National park and Kibale Forest, all the sightings are still fresh in our memories, the kids liked the chimpanzees so much. Boat cruise on both river Nile and Kazinga channel and watching birds and water loving animals along the banks was rewarding.

If you are a family travelling with ladies and children then Bird's nest is a trustworthy option to look into and Uganda in particular be your destination. I can't thank you enough.

Knowledgeable, reliable and fun
5/5

I went on a day-trip to the source of the Blue Nile and a nearby forest with Patience from Bird's Nest Safari in May of 2018. I found Patience to be very passionate and knowledgeable about birds, relaxing and de-stressing, with a great sense of humor, resourceful and reliable and a laid back personality. She was both a great trail leader and fun to be around.

She was chock full of useful information about planning and going on an amazing 3-4 day trip to see the gorillas in Uganda. I hope to go there one day with her!

Can recommend exploring Uganda with her.

Perfect and Absolutely Beautiful Safari
5/5

We were recommended to Bird's Nest Safaris by our friend, and from our first Email exchange with Patience everything seemed simplied. Everyday of our 16 day safari was well planned and organized by Patience just the way that suited our desires and preferences, she really knows how to give her Travelers unique and perfect packages to explore beautiful Uganda.

All the routes that we took and National Parks that we visited were fantastic with great views, landscapes, amazing Wildlife from the biggest Land mammal the Elephants Antelopes to the Primates and more so helpful and friendly people.
Our long waited days of Gorilla tracking and chimpanzee tracking was the best and most memorable experience. We saw almost everything including the most sought after Shoebill Stork in Mabamba swamp.

Our guide Ben always tried to make the best things possible to make our safari interesting, he knows his country very well, we really learned alot from him and it was a pleasure to have him as our Tour driver, he is nice and intelligent man. We felt comfortable with him and by the end of the safari we were like we had known each other for a long time which made our tour in Uganda so amazing and great.

Our accommodations were well selected and we loved everything from the tasty food, breath taking views and ever happy people.

We recommend Bird's Nest Safaris to anyone looking for a well planned, affordable and most importantly unique safari to Uganda.
We would go with Bird's Nest Safaris again anytime.
Thanks

Beyond expectations Safari
5/5

Thank you Bird's Nest Safaris for making our Safari incredibly memorable and we shall live to tell others about your service. From our first day we contacted you through Emails you had never let us down and disappointed us until the end of our Safari. we were a family of 4 people but from the time we landed at the Airport (Entebbe) we felt that everything was amazing, the warm welcome we received from our smart driver guide on arrival guaranteed us that our trip would be a success and amazing and indeed it was Memorable!!
Mountain Gorilla and Chimpanzee tracking were the main purpose of our trip and we really had great fun and we shall live to tell a story, not leaving out the afternoon Boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel with magnificent wildlife. Ooh Uganda you are beautiful, ever green with fascinating sceneries.
Our Lodges were excellent we really loved Kibale Forest Camp and Bush Lodge in Queen Elizabeth National Park with tasty food and fresh fruits. We also enjoyed the Market Life in Uganda.
And each of us enjoyed every moment of the trip, we saw a lot, beautiful nature, great rainforests, crater lakes and beautiful wildlife ( The Big Five).

We are very happy that we chose Bird's Nest Safaris for our 12 Day safari to Uganda. They are very quick to respond to any inquiries and Patience would keep checking on us whether we were enjoying our long waited safari.

One more thing I would not miss to mention is our Driver Guide Ben, we were extremely happy and lucky that he was our Guide. He was experienced, knowledgeable and taught us not only about wildlife and nature but also Uganda's Culture. And he arranged for us to visit one of the schools in Western Uganda.
We miss Uganda and we will be back and we will travel with Bird's Nest Safaris.
Team Bird's Nest Safaris We love You and Thanks for making our Safari are life time story.

ENCOUNTERING GORILLAS IN THE WILD FOR THE FIRST TIME.
5/5

My Fiancee and I went for a 6-days Gorilla tracking Safari Uganda - Rwanda in July 2018 with Bird's nest safaris.
The tour was nicely planned and reasonably priced. The hotels provided in the package were really nice with beautiful views, I personally enjoyed the drive through the country side.  We were very fortunate to be guided by Brian who was more like a friend than just a guide. Even though we had language barrier with the local people , we were able to understand his explanation and he really took great care of us and most importantly ensured our safety.
Our Gorilla tracking experience in two countries (Bwindi impenetrable national parks Uganda and Volcanoes national park Rwanda) was really worth the price. You can imagine hitting two birds with one stone, our pick-up was in Uganda and the drop-off was in Kigali Rwanda thus visiting two countries in one package.
We enjoyed tracking different families of gorillas in different countries though on different occasions the silver backs were intimidating but we were also not ready to retreat Infact we enjoyed seeing the silver back trying to protect the family from intruders, making different vocals and beating of the air sacs was another thrilling moment . Golden monkies also made made our Safari more memorable. The interaction with the local communities and tasting of delicious local dishes (Matoke with G-nuts) was so wonderful.

Thank you Bird's nest safaris, we would definitely recommend our friends and family to contact you for planning their safaris in East Africa

Great Experience with Bird's Nest Safaris
5/5

were already looking forward to a Safari and we were confident about what to expect. Initially we had no Idea about Uganda until our friend recommended Uganda to us. Not only is Uganda warmer but also not yet fully explored. It really still has a lot to offer and a lot to see. On our 9 day safari we were able to see a lot of wildlife like herds of Elephants in big numbers , Buffaloes, Hippos in both Murchison falls National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park, lots of Giraffes in Murchison, Crocodiles and the Tree climbing Lions in Queen Elizabeth National Park. On our last day we were able to see the 3 Shoebill Stork in Mabamba wetland. While on a Night game drive we were able to see the Lioness with four cubs, Civet Cat and even got a chance to see the Jackal.

Our highlight of the safari that none of the other popular safari destination have were the Mountain Gorilla and Chimpanzee Tracking, this should be a must visit to every Tourist because it is worthy it, and we really had the unforgettable Experience.

The Lodges were absolutely perfect, neat, hospitable with friendly people, fresh and tasty food, the traditional dance while at the camp fire in Bush Lodge was excellently amazing. It was a safari beyond our expectations.

Our Guide Brain was great, knows so much about all the National Parks, good knowledge about all the animals we encountered, he does his job with full passion, knows everything about his country Uganda and above all his a very nice person and a careful driver on the Ugandan bumpy roads.

We recommend Bird's Nest Safaris to everyone that would wish to Travel for they are qualified and they know what they are doing and we wish to come back.

Thanks again for the great Trip!!!!!

A MUST VISIT UGANDA WITH BIRD'S NEST SAFARIS
5/5

We had an amazing safari with Bird's Nest Safaris.
The booking process was all handled wholesomely well through Email and everything went on well and promptly.
On landing at Entebbe Airport our driver/Guide was already happily waiting for us, welcomed us and transferred us to our lodge which gave us an overview and highlight of our 13 day Safari.

Our Driver Daniel was extremely reliable, knowledgeable and informed about his country Uganda and everything, very friendly and always available to answer all our questions and was almost a friend to everyone in the parks and lodges we went. On top of the Amazing Mountain Gorilla and Chimpanzee Tracking experience, we were also amazed on how our Driver/Guide Daniel spotted the distant Lions in the tree branches in Ishasha while doing a game drive.

We really enjoyed the routes taken, the wildlife, scenery and the stunning location of our Lodges with perfect views.

We experienced Uganda more than we ever expected and will return for sure.
Thanks to Bird's Nest Safaris/ Patience for making our Safari Memorable.
