Excellent care free fun
Hi what a great value. The lodge far exceeded expectations and was a phenomenal value. The park isn't as big as Kruger ,but it isnt as crowded either. I felt like I was almost on my own custom safari. The food was great and I will definitely have to do this again

User-friendly!
I was very happy with their service. The booking process was straightforward, with several different lodges and price ranges to compare. The shuttle to and from the airport was seamless and efficient and the lodge was just what we had hoped for. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Taking the hassle and stress of vacation travel away with a personalised, efficient service.
From the time we arrived in South Africa the quality of the service was evident. We were equipped with all the relevant information beforehand. Our drivers Jihan and Derek were not only expert drivers but knowledgeable about current and historical events which they shared liberally. They did not rush you so you felt truly relaxed while on vacation even when mother nature didn't cooperate.
The accomodations were spectacular, especially Olivers Lodge and the Ezulwini Game lodges. The game drives lived up to expectations as we saw the Big 5 (even the elusive leopard) and a whole lot more thanks again to our skilled trackers. Even the 'after sales' service was excellent. My wife inadvertently left an electronic item at the River lodge and arrangements were made to have the item shipped to us. Honesty, integrity and efficiency...can't ask for more on a vacation trip.

An experience we will never forget!
We were picked up at the airport by Neil who was very friendly and answered all our questions! It was a 2 hour drive from OR Tambo to our accommodation at Bakubung Bush Lodge. Our accommodation was lovely! The room was great and the food in the buffet was very good. We specially love the breakfast offerings. Our package included 4 game drives and we signed up for each one, not to miss a single opportunity to see animals in the Pilanesberg National Park! We rode with drivers, Zach and Clarence and had a wonderful time! I hope to be back with more family next time! Thank you to Maryke Gerber of BST Tours who assisted us in booking this trip!

Amazing
everything was excellent from the hotel pick-up to the end of the safari. The people very kind. In the afternoon and morning safari we could see many animals despite the rain and the storm.
