Amazing service from Wayfairer Travel.
We travel extensively worldwide and Wayfairer went above and beyond any other agent we have experienced. The communications were prompt and efficient. Every query no matter how small was answered quickly, normally same day.No waiting around for replies as with other agents. The tour was seamless and operated like clockwork even though it was tailor made for us and included various forms of transport and different accommodation. It was extremely good value. Each segment of our trip to South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe was on time and reliable. All PCR tests we needed to have to travel between various countries were organised for us at our hotels and went without a hitch. I would not hesitate to use Wayfairer again and will recommend them to family and friends. Thanks especially to Toon and Josh Flatman for organising a well run, highly enjoyable and stress free trip.

Fantastic End-to-End Experience
We booked a five day safari in the Masai Mara for the family with Wayfairer and had a wonderful time. The sales team was knowledgeable and responsive in terms of designing a trip to our specifications, providing helpful expert suggestions along the way. The trip Wayfairer put together was absolutely fantastic in terms of logistics, wildlife, and accommodation, and it was excellent value for money given the overall experience. We also greatly appreciated Wayfairer's concierge service, which provided helpful practical travel/logistics support and advice in the run-up to and during the trip itself. Highly recommended!

Dream honeymoon thanks to Wayfairer
Wayfairer helped us to plan and execute every part of our honeymoon to perfection. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to understand your budget, expectations, and interests for your holiday. We had quite a lot of logistics involved for our honeymoon, 3 different safari sites plus a beach holiday, and everything went very smoothly. The hotel recommendations were also perfectly suited to our expectations. I would highly recommend Wayfairer to plan a vacation.

The trip of a liftetime in Kenya!
When planning our African Safari, I wanted it to cater to my hobby as a photographer, yet also offer the luxury that my wife could enjoy. But I had no idea where to start. Our travel advisor Maggie was amazing form the very start and planned an itinerary that checked all the boxes, and also helped us experience the different flavours of Kenya, from the dry red soil and hilly topography of Samburu to the green plains of the Masai Mara.
There was a small miscommunication around our pickup on our arrival at Nairobi, but that's where it was useful having Toon, our concierge, to call who cleared up the mixup. The rest of the trip was an absolute dream. We saw all kinds of wildlife, met the most amazing people and enjoyed the exquisite food. The staff at both lodges are incredible, and at no point did we have to worry about logistics as everything was taken care of. It is by far the most unforgettable trip we've ever had, and we can't wait to do something like it again. In the meant time I have hundreds of images that I can relive the trip through.
There's no doubt that we'll use Wayfairer again to plan our next trip.

A flawless, luxury, and stress-free tour of South Africa and Rwanda.
My husband and I have traveled extensively all over the world, but we have always done it on our own. Tailored experience for our Honeymoon
From the very first contact with Wayfairer we felt we were carefully listened to and the trip was designed to meet our unique needs / wishes. With the pandemic, we had to change our dates in 2 occasions and the team was always there to help and provide guidance on what dates could be the best to experience a Safari.
In the field, it was the team of Basecamp Explorer who took care of us and the experience with them was very good as well. Special mention to Bony who was our guide in Lake Nakuru and made everything to please us during our stay there.

The trip of a lifetime, Botswana bucket list
Wayfairer travel planned our trip of a lifetime during the difficult time of covid. We booked before the pandemic so the company had to amend our trip several times, they worked hard to sort out covid testing in Africa and changing our trip due to flight changes.
The communication was prompt and they worked hard to reschedule and sort out our problems. Once we got to Africa everything was seamless, airport pickup and internal transfers were great. The Kwando camps picked by Josh gave us a great balance of safari experience.
It is a trip we will never forget we will be back and we will use wayfairer travel again! Many thanks
