Wonderful family experience
I am a very picky individual but i can testify that I was not disappointed with our trip and experience with UFT. From the choices for accommodation, the itinerary, everything was on point, oh and had one of the best guides to see to this that me and my family had the best experience.

Excellent Service
City tour - I enjoyed this tour, rode the boda- boda, visited the place of interests within Kampala. Jackson explained the history and give enough information of the places.
The next day I had a tour in Jinja to see the source of the nile river, had a relaxing boat ride. Then we headed to see the Equator, had lunch there and bought some souvenirs.
The amount I paid was all worth it, Jackson a promising excellent tourguide, who is passionate on his work.
I am recommending his tours and his service 100%.

My father and myself booked a tour with Jackson from Uganda Family Tours & Travel. We have to say it was the best company we could have decided to go with, Jackson is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and showed us a great time for the six days that we were there, he is very professional, and was a pleasure to be around and accompany us to dinner every night, and two occasions my father was not feeling well, and decided not to go on the gorilla track to which I was very happy Jackson accompanied me, he went above and beyond, and took some great photos, as well as hope to carry my bag, honestly, a lifesaver. We took his tour and came back with a friend, can’t wait to plan the next one. :)

Honest and reliable travel planners
All of the details in the itinerary was accurate and to the point. The methods of payment were secure and simple.
In particular, Jackson, our tour guide, comes highly recommended! He was a fantastic travel partner for us as we visited Murchison falls NP, Sempaya hotsprings, and the Queen Elizabeth Np which was actually not in our plans but reccomended during the planning process. He was very considerate of our individual interests and needs. He was also highly knowledgeable and skilled at locating the ideal locations.
