Our guides, Steve and Robert, made the game drives truly phenomenal. They were knowledgeable, patient, and passionate—helping us spot birds, lions, cheetahs, hippos elephants and enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Guide Steve Has Hawk Eyes!
We just completed an incredible 8-day African Safari arranged by this company. It exceeded all expectations! We highly recommened. simba responsiv and solved any questions or issues promptly and efficiently. All hotel confirmations were provided clearly and on time. Very professional setup.
Our driver guide, Steve, was exceptional! His spotting skills were incredible - he accurately predicted animal locations， leading us to amazing sightings (including the Big Five and so much more). His knowledge and passion made every game drive exciting.
The 8-day trip was well-paced and diverse，covering multiple parks perfectly. Having chargers on car and complimentary WiFi in the vehicle was a very thoughtful and useful touch.

Where to start. If only all companies offered such customer service. Besides offering the best quote, Peter was literally at hand 24/7 with all queries and when our visa didn't get processed properly, he took matters in his own hands. Absolutely exceptional service Peter. Blown away by your kindness. Our driver Steve had been doing Safaris for over 20 years and he was such a knowledge guide and knew a lot about the bio diversity. He is well regarded among the safari guides and he has got the eye for the animals. You will be in safe trusted hands with him. Thanks a lot again for one of the best memories for our family. Do it again
It was a great trip. We were very lucky. I saw Africa Big Five. Travel agency from the early schedule planning to the later service is very good. Guide Steve is very experienced, he can reasonably arrange all things in our trip, and also will give some advices, share some interesting about Kenya.
The lodge in Sweetwater and lake Naivasha are super good!!
Especially the equipment of Maisha camp and public area of Naivasha Sopa. Incredible!!
The food needs to be improved…but it could be took in.

My husband and I booked our private 3-Day Masai Mara safari the day before — very spontaneously! Simon was our main point of contact during the planning phase and he instantly earned my trust by providing quality information and helping us customize our experience, including a pick-up at our accommodations at Lake Navaisha. He provided a list of quality lodges (a few inside the park and several outside) and helped us choose Enkorok which was a mid-range option (the place was excellent). Simon then assured us that Stephen, our guide, would pick us up at 8:30 the next morning and there he was, smiling and ready to go, right on time. Stephen is easy to enjoy spending several days with as he’s friendly and a very safe driver, instantly easing us into our journey. He’s been a guide at all of the Kenyan and Tanzanian parks for over 20 years and can spot an animal out of the corner of his eye while traversing muddy roads. He has deep knowledge of all of the animals, their habitats and behavior. And, he’s friendly with all of the other guides, ensuring that when they see something extraordinary, we learn about it first! We got to see a cheetah kill and 5 cheetahs enjoying the spoils, which was a trip highlight. Stephen, a native Kenyan, is co-owner of the business with his son William and Simon. They are committed to customizing the experience to your tastes and needs, and we were grateful for a memorable, comfortable and INCREDIBLE adventure. Absolut AMAZING
Everything was perfect! They picked us up at the airport at the agreed time, and then our 4 day safari started. First, a single night at Lake Nakuru at the Lion Hill hotel. Then two days in the Maasai Mara at Hotel Mara Serena Sagari Lodge. We can highly recommend both hotels, really nice hotels with friendly staff.
We got the most amazing driver, Steve. He was very attentive to us and had SO many years of experience so he was constantly spotting animals and knew how to hold so we got the perfect view. Already on one short trip in the evening and a short trip the following day, we had seen both the big 5 and big 9. Wow, absolutely fantastic. We saw almost every animal and were lucky to see a cheetah too. It has been the best safari trip and we can highly recommend choosing Incredible African Safari, as they are extremely professional, quick to respond, very good at tailoring the right program just for us, focus on safety, top customer service and gave us dream driver, steve. Thank you for an incredible safari trip that we will never forget. :-)
Professional, knowledgeable, fun, awesome!
I went to Africa with my daughter and granddaughter. The majesty, beauty, people, the experience was life changing, unforgettable. Steve told use stories, gave us history, and interesting facts about the animals. Africa is awe inspiring, but Steve made the trip fun, perfect. The guide is so important.

I went with Steve for a 9-day Kenya Safari trip. It was a lifetime unforgettable memory. Steve arranged all our lodgings and game drives very thoughtfully. He took care of everyone in the group. Steve cleaned land cruiser frequently and made it very comfortable for us. We have seen most of the animals in Kenya Safari in his tour. Someday I will go back to Kenya, I will definitely ring his number.
