Our tour guide was excellent. Vic Falls Tour benefited greatly from his knowledge of history , flora and fauna.
Chobe National Park was a highlight as was the afternoon on the Chobe River. We enjoyed the drumming /dancing dinner but left early as we had a full day. Glad we could be flexible. Only disappointing feature was the sunset Zambezi cruise - sunset spectacular but large boat crowded & loud - hard to get good photos. Small boat preferred. Great service.

Once in a lifetime trip to South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Botswana!!
There are sooo many fantastic things I could say about Cultural Vibes and Tongesai. From the first day when I messages him about making this trip possible, he has been nothing but helpful and a very good communicator. He put together an amazing itinerary for us to do Kruger in South Africa, Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, and Chobe in Botswana. He made the entire booking process easy and really put our mind at ease at booking this major vacation from thousands miles away. Kruger started off absolutely amazing with the partner company that he is aligned with. They were absolutely amazing and provided us with the absolute best safari experience. Then in Zimbabwe, we got the personal tour of the beautiful Victoria Falls by Tongesai himself. He was very knowledgeable and truly cared about making our experience fantastic. This continued into our day trip to Botswana which was also fantastic. Tongesai chooses great accommodations and places to eat which made our trip even more fantastic. I have many family and friends that are looking to take a similar trip, and I would not hesitate to recommend Cultural Vibes to them for their vacation!

Tongesai at Cultural Vibes organised and got us to and from our Lodge Safari experience in Hwange. Communication was fine, service was exemplary, value for money was good, reliability couldn't be faulted and our whole safari experience was magic. We had a fabulous and worry free time on our Zimbabwe safari. Tongesai from CulturalVibes Travel and Tours arranged the perfect experience for us. Booking was easy, and communication leading up to, and during the safari was good. His sharing of local knowledge was much appreciated. Our transfers to and from Victoria Falls were prompt, timely and comfortable. Our lodgings at Khulu Bush Camp were amazing, and our safari experience was wonderful. Absolutely wonderful!
I can't say enough good things about our 4-day tour "Victoria Falls Safari Tour & Chobe National Park game drive" provided by Cultural Vibes. The whole experience was extraordinary and a great value for the cost. It included pick-up at our hotel, then transport to the airport at the end. It also included sunset and morning river cruises, two game drives, a helicopter ride over Victoria Falls, a tour of the Falls park, dinner & drum show, and rooms & meals at a very comfortable lodge. The guides were exceptional - very knowledgeable and personable (and very patient with us "older ladies"). It was obvious that Cultural Vibes had given a lot of thoughtful consideration as to how to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable (the lined ponchos were very much appreciated on the 6am game drive!). When our departing flight was delayed a day, our guide even helped us figure out a problem with the African airline and transported us to the airport a day later than originally planned. The whole tour was truly exceptional.

Exceptional care and service. Gary and his "boss" went above and beyond.
My travel companions and I chose the 4 day experience. Technically it is really a 3 day experience, because the last day they provide airport transportation. I feel they go above and beyond in making sure they are providing their customers with a safe, exciting and exceptional experience. Gari was our driver/guide in Zimbabwe, and was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Gari either made sure we were where we needed to be or provided his own guide trip to the Victoria Falls. He even provided the rain gear, which is most necessary. Gari and his "boss" Mr T. went above and beyond when Delta postponed our flight by a day, by helping to make sure that the connecting airline would change our reservation. They then made sure we got to the airport on time, a day later. They are always willing to provide any additional things that you would like to see and do. If you looking for a guided tour company, this is the one to use, and one that I would have no hesitation in using again.

Amazing village visit experience
We just finished a 2-week tour of South Africa with extension to Victoria Falls and the Monde Village Cultural Experience was one of the highlights of the entire trip. It is a must-do for anyone in the area.
Tongesai (our guide) was very personable and worked with us to customize the experience. He was flexible and took time to explain many things that aren't part of the "regular tour". We had great conversations throughout the tour. He ended up dropping us off so late (8:30pm), his wife had to call him twice. He took a few pictures with us so he had alibi. :)
Mr Ncube (our village host) and his family were welcoming and excited to show us their way of life. Mr Ncube's explanations of his culture, family structure, farming struggles, and discussions on many topics showed us a simple way of life, much different than our modern American ways, but it made so much sense. People here fight hard to live but they do it with a smile. They may be poor, but not in spirit. We asked many questions and received questions ourselves.
It was as if I was visiting an uncle living in a rural part of a third-world country. This family made us felt at home.
We wish we had more time to sit under the summer kitchen during a raining day, sharing food and chatting with these folks. We wish we could sit in the winter kitchen to hear him teach his children and grandchildren. Needless to say, we spent 4+ hrs at this experience and wanted more.
I am now back to "civilization" in a nice Qatari hotel, but I kept thinking about my time in the simple Monde Village. What a breath of fresh air that was.
I brought some extra clothes to give, but ended up giving as much as I could live without for the rest of my trip. A pair of sandals doesn't mean much to me, but it means a lot to people in these villages. This is 30+ hrs flight from home so it is a one-time chance to help; I had to make the best of it.
If I can come back to this area, I will definitely bring more people to share in this amazing experience. I encourage all who come to Victoria Falls to add this cultural experience to their itinerary.
