Absolutly stuning
We enjoyed a wonderful 7 day safari in the north of Tanzania.
Everything was perfect. Our guide Amos is a really nice person and knows everything about the parks and the animals. We had full support from Safari360 during the planning of our trip and the communication always quick and friendly.

Trip of a lifetime!
Just back from a 6 day safari with Safari 360 and cannot recommend them enough. Pre trip they were quick to respond, tweak our itinerary and provide us with useful information. During the safari, Edwin, our guide/driver was fantastic at spotting animals, making sure that we saw the “big 5” and carefully navigating the rocky roads. Thanks for an amazing experience.

Very unreliable customer service.
I would not risk your vacation with this company. Our group traveled with them 3 days ago and had an accident (front left tire got detached while driving) in the middle of Ngorongoro Preservation Area. No back-up vehicle was sent to the company. “Mechanic” came after 3 hours and attempted to “fix” the vehicle. Least a day in the Safari and proceeded with the tour with the same vehicle. Upon going back to the town, driver has to stop again (3-4 times) to a mechanic to install the shock. Take note, AFTER GOING TO NGORONGORO. At this point, we’re late on our hotel and needed to look for another one.

First & foremost let me take this opportunity to apologize for the safari jeep breakdown. As a company we take great strides in making sure that our safari jeeps meet all the safety standards as to ensure both a safe & seamless safari. Even though our jeeps are very well maintained, sometimes unfortunately breakdowns do occur given the status of the roads in the parks. Being in the tour business for quite some time we have acquired some experience along the way in managing such scenarios while making sure the safari program is not interrupted.
While it was logical to send another jeep, the distances involved made it logistically impossible to do so for the 3 day tour. Driving times from Moshi to Serengeti are approximately 9 hours which will ultimately result in a break in the tour program. The 3 day tour you chose was time constraint & ultimately there was no room for much change in itinerary & jeep. That said, given the various circumstances we saw it prudent to fix the problem as quickly as possible so as not to break the flow of the safari program. While the safari jeep was being fixed another jeep was contracted to finish the day's game drive and afterwards the program proceeded on as otherwise planned.
Lastly, we do apologize for this inconvenience and even though it's clear that we didn't meet your expectations on the matter we strive to continuously improve & be better.

Exceeded our expectations immensely!
Safari 360 structured this 5 day tour perfectly! Firstly, we got an amazing tour guide with over 15 years of experience. Rashid was both knowledgeable and patient. He informed us about the Tanzanian history, culture, and of course, the animals. We had lots of questions, and he always had an interesting, factual answer. It was a pleasure being given the tour by Rashid, and we were especially impressed with his patience with other less respectful drivers who blocked our view. He handled the situation calmly and didn't let it affect our experience. He was very professional.
The accommodations were lovely, ranging from cosy lodges with excellent views of Lake Manyara, to luxury camps in the middle of the Serengeti. Breakfast was usually a buffet, lunches were packed, and dinners were either buffets or set menus. We enjoyed the food at every point, and never went without. Loads of fresh bottled water was provided throughout the tour, kept cooled in a cooler at the back of the truck.
On our tour we visited the Tarangire NP, Lake Manyara, the Serengeti NP, and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. They all had beautiful, different scenery, and plenty of animals to spot. We particularly loved the crater, which was saved until the last day of our tour. All in all, the tour was comfortable, well paced and full of breathtaking moments.

Safari 360 in August 2023. From the very beginning it was a very nice contact and always a fast and competent replay to set up our customized safari trip for 7 days. Of course it is a strange feeling to send upfront a lot of money to a company in Africa you don't know but we have had trust and a good feeling from the very beginning. And our trust has not been abused.
Our guide Godlove picked us up on time in our lodge in Arusha an showed us his country at its best. He explained everything about the culture and the Masai during our trip. He answered all our questions about the animals and wildlife. He made this safari to an unforgettable trip as we have seen the big five, the migration and the river crossing (with a lot of luck).
We can highly recommend Safari360 and our guide Godlove. He did a great job and was always motivated to show as much as possible animals and the great landscape. He was always very much flexible and helpful.
We will never forget this trip.

Amazing experience and great organization
I had an exceptional 6-day safari experience in Tanzania with Safari 360, led by our knowledgeable best tour guide Rashid. From start to finish, this adventure exceeded all expectations. Best Experience Ever with our crazy guide Rashid
Me and my wife, we had a 5 days Safari around Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara and it was amazing, an unbelievable experience.
The first touch we had with Petro, who has a lot of patience, always available to answer and support us on all our requests; we felt just a little scarried because you are planning something only sharing some emails, but Petro helped us a lot and you can trust him at anytime.
Our guide Rashid was incredible, he knows all the parks very well; thanks to him we were able to see four of the Big 5 (only cheetahs we didn't see) and to explore the parks in a private way, away from the Land Cruiser traffic jam that doesn't allow you to live this experience in the right way.
Moreover he is very very prepared and careful, we talked a lot during our 5-days trip and he has explained us a lot of things (not only related to animals and parks) and teached us a couple of Swahili words we used during our stay in Tanzania and Zanzibar; he was really very kind.
Actually we can say that it was an awesome experience with the right people.

Incredible, unforgettable experience with Bakari
My wife and I had the best 5-day safari honeymoon with Bakari from Safari360. Every element of the safari was better than we could have imagined.
You cannot go wrong with Bakari! He is the most attentive, patient and thoughtful guide - towards us and in his approach to the animals. Bakari knows everything there is to know about the animals and vegetation in the different parks. He also knows how to locate all the different animals in their natural element, and to observe and take pictures without interfering with the animals' wellbeing. Thanks to Bakari we saw all of The Big 5, the spectacular River Crossing of the Wildebeest Migration, and countless more animals. He went above and beyond to accommodate our every need - from dietary restrictions and wildlife preferences to making sure our honeymoon was amazing. He is also a wildlife photographer himself, so he was able to set us up with the perfect composition for beautiful pictures. Most importantly, Bakari is so friendly and sweet, it was a pleasure to spend all those hours in the jeep with him.
Safari360 provided an incredible and comfortable experience. The itinerary enabled us to experience the big parks - Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Manyara. The jeep was very comfortable and in great condition, and was cleaned every day of the safari. All of the sleeping accomodations were luxurious and comfortable with superb service.
If I had any cons about the safari I would write them, but I honestly can't. Our safari was an unforgettable experience, I highly recommend going with Safari360 and Bakari!!
