Although I didn't get everything I had asked for, I was kept informed of everything throughout my tour of Tsavo and Amboseli safari. Kentau did well in coordinating the whole tour and I was mostly impressed by their responsiveness. Excellent Customer Service
I enjoyed every bit of my Kenya and Tanzania safari especially the ngorongoro crater. It's unforgettable. I'm so grateful to Kentau especially Dominic and his staff. There were minor changes to my itinerary from the original one but nothing unsatisfactory and the communication was brilliant all through. I highly recommend Kentau Safaris.
