Unique experience!
Simon answered quickly on my emails and was very polite and courteous. He helped us a lot.
The safari itsself was fabulous. We have seen so many beautyful animals. Our tour guide Rashid has made a great effort to find the hidden animals . He informed us about the different landscapes and knew many things about the animals. He answered all questions thoroughly!

A very pleasant safari experience in a beautiful landscape and with confortable lodging
As a hole our safari trip with Mwema to Meru National Park was very good. We had previously been to Maasai Mara and we really liked the diversity of the landscape in Meru. We didn't see a lot of animales but the senery was outstanding!
We found the lodging very comfortable and the food and service was good.
The only thing that we were a bit disappointed with was our driver/guide. He was at times more interested in his cell phone than in searching for animales. We where also a bit annoyed when we had to wait for him after the lunch break going back to Nairobi, not knowing where he had gone.
Obviously he had some privat matters to attend to that took some time...

customized tour, fast reply, reasonable price, I really recommend.
Simon replied my e-mail and what's app message very fast, and we preferred customized tour and hotel, he satisfied all our requirements very well. Before we departed, 10% deposit is required, and the payment can be done in a very safe way. Evans was our driver, he is very kind, experienced, and also has good eyes to find animals, we saw all the "Big Five" animals thanks to him. Really fantastic experience with Mwema, if I want to explore Africa in the future, I will definitely choose them again.

Very good safari operator! Professional, trustworthy, and informative!
Simon at Mwema Africa Safaris was very communicative and helped us work through the costs, schedules and payments. We made a number of specific requests and changes, and Simon was able to accommodate everything. It was very easy to arrange. Our guide, Goodluck, was excellent! Our plane was delayed for hours, and he was still waiting at the airport for us at midnight. He was an excellent guide and did a very good job at helping us find the best viewpoints in each of the national parks. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short because of a work emergency. Simon and Goodluck helped us rearrange our itinerary at the very last second, and even arranged to secure us a partial refund. I recommend this tour operator wholeheartedly.

Safari to the north of Nairobi.
The safari was a great contrast to the more well known parks to the south. We visited Ol Pajeta, Samburu and Meru. The landscape and wildlife were quite different and not as crowded. Ol Pajeta and Meru were great places to see Rhinos up close.
Simon was a great organiser for our trip. He was always prompt and efficient with any enquires. Richard was a brilliant guide and even knew all the bird names. We only had 6 days but it was a brilliant trip.
