Terms & Conditions.
Payment :
1. Booking amount : 25% of the package cost.
2. 60 days prior to the proposed date of travel : 45% of the package cost.
3. 30 days prior to the proposed date of travel : Remaining 30% of the package cost.
Cancellation and refunds :
1. 60 days prior to the proposed date of travel : Total amount paid as advance till date.
2. 45-59 days prior to the proposed date of travel : 40% of the amount paid as advance.
3. 31-44 days prior to the proposed date of travel : 25% of the amount paid as advance.
4. 30 days or less prior to the proposed date of travel : No refunds.
The organization shall not take the responsibility of any tour being cancelled due to natural calamities or any acts of terrorism.
