TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellations
Offroad Adventures reserves the right to cancel any tour at its sole and absolute discretion in any
circumstance. All tours are subject to a minimum booking of four (4) passengers. In the event of
this number of bookings not being achieved Offroad Adventures reserves the right to cancel the tour
and all monies paid will be returned to the client. This will constitute the full extent of the company’s
liability to the client.

Itinerary and activities
Although every effort is made to adhere to the itinerary and activities shown in the dossier, Offroad
Adventures reserves the right to change the itinerary, accommodation and activities en-route should
weather and circumstances dictate.

Baggage
Passengers’ baggage and personal belongings are at all times their own responsibility. Offroad
Adventures shall accept no liability for loss or damage to personal effects, howsoever arising.

Insurance
It is a requirement that passengers have their own comprehensive travel insurance in the event of
an unforeseen emergency. Offroad Adventures tours are covered by comprehensive public liability
and passenger insurance.

Adventure activity liability
Offroad Adventures, its representatives and employees, guides and agents do not held themselves
responsible for any death, injury, accident, illness or loss that might be sustained by the client on
tour while participating in any of the adventure activities (included or optional). The liability lies with
the outsourced adventure tour operator and the client who decided to participate in that
particular activity.
