Terms and Conditions:
Payment: At the time of confirmation a payment of 25% of the total package rate is payable. Full payment must be made at least 40 days prior to your stay. For Any booking made within 40 days of the tour departure / stay, full payment is required. Proof of payment should be forwarded to info@larkjourneys.com. Our banking details will be provided on the invoice sent to you.
Cancellation Policy:Any cancellation made must be in writing to Lark Journeys and will be reconfirmed in writing. Non receipt of a cancellation confirmation means that the reservation has not been cancelled, irrespective of whether an email has been sent by you.
The following charges will apply:
40+ days prior to arrival/tour departure, 10% of the deposit (only in case of refunds)
Between 39 and 29 days prior to arrival/tour departure before tour departure: 25% of total package rate is payable
Between 28 and 22 days prior to arrival/tour departure: 50% of total package rate is payable
Between 21 and 10 days prior to arrival/tour departure: 75% of total package rate is payable
Between 9 to 0 days prior to arrival/tour departure: 95% of total package rate is payable
No shows are charged 100% of the total package rate.
Some accommodation establishments might have more stringent cancellation policies. Lark Journeys will inform the client beforehand and the more stringent policy will apply.
All cancellation must be reconfirmed by Lark Journeys to clients making the cancellation.
