Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days before commencement of the tour program. If the reservation is made within 25 days of departure the whole amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in number of occupancy are subject to cancellation and no- show fees. Following is the scale for cancellation charges:
 35% if cancelled between 60 and 45days prior to arrival
 50% if cancelled between 44 and 15 days prior to arrival.
 100% if cancelled within 14 days or in the case of a ‘No Show’


Passenger Information
• Passengers should bring only soft sided bags on safaris.
• All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them for internal flights.
• Baggage on internal flights is strictly limited to 15kgs per person (including hand luggage). Any excess baggage will be charged by the airline at check-in.
• Passengers arriving to Tanzania will be asked to present a valid Yellow Fever vaccination certificate.


Additional remarks
• We may have to reroute the itinerary or accommodate in similar lodges in case of non-availability.
• Airport taxes or park fees may be changed without prior notice. This is beyond our control and any increase levied will be passed to you.
