Wild Rhythms Safaris – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to the start of your tour.
Bookings made within 60 days of the tour require full payment at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card (fees may apply), or approved payment platforms.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

Note: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruption.
3. Amendments
Date or itinerary changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
No amendments will be accepted less than 14 days before the start of the tour.
4. Inclusions
Your safari price typically includes:
All park fees and government taxes
Accommodation as per itinerary
All meals during the safari
Game drives with an English-speaking guide
Bottled drinking water in safari vehicles
Airport transfers (if included in itinerary)
Note: Please confirm your exact inclusions at the time of booking.
5. Exclusions
Your safari price does not include:
International flights
Visa fees
Tips to guides and staff
Travel insurance
Personal expenses (laundry, souvenirs, etc.)
Optional activities (hot air balloon, cultural visits, etc.)
6. Health & Safety
Guests must disclose any medical conditions at the time of booking.
Some destinations may require vaccinations or malaria prophylaxis – consult your doctor.
Wild Rhythms Safaris is not liable for illness, injury, or accidents that occur during the trip, though all reasonable precautions are taken.
7. Travel Insurance
All guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Trip cancellation
Emergency medical care
Evacuation
Loss of luggage or valuables
8. Wildlife & Weather
Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, though we operate in prime locations for viewing.
Safari itineraries may change due to weather, park regulations, or safety concerns.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Wild Rhythms Safaris is not responsible for:
Any delays or cancellations due to weather, airline issues, or acts of God.
Lost or damaged personal property.
Injuries, losses, or damages not caused by negligence on our part.
10. Child Policy
Children under 5 are generally not recommended for safaris.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Child pricing is available for select tours – inquire at booking.
11. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used for booking, communication, and relevant marketing (opt-out available).
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in a Tanzanian court.
