1. Booking and Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour start date.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date will receive a refund of the balance paid minus the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date are non-refundable.
3. Changes to Itinerary:
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to provide alternative arrangements of equal quality.
4. Health and Safety:
Clients are responsible for their own health and must inform us of any medical conditions. We recommend appropriate travel insurance including medical coverage.
5. Liability:
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour. Clients participate at their own risk and agree to follow the guide’s instructions for safety.
