1. Booking & Payment
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your tour. The remaining 70% balance is due no later than 30 days before the tour start date. For bookings made within 30 days of the tour, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable, as we use them to secure your accommodation and other arrangements.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour: refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour: no refund.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be issued.
We strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
3. Changes to Bookings
We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your dates or itinerary, but this depends on availability and may incur additional costs.
Significant changes close to the travel date may not be possible.
4. Wildlife & Nature
While our guides are highly experienced, wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, as we operate in natural, wild environments.
We prioritize ethical wildlife viewing and minimal impact on the ecosystem.
5. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events outside our control (e.g. extreme weather, natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics). In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule your tour or offer credit toward a future booking.
6. Guest Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour without refund if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to staff, fellow guests, wildlife, or local communities.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming your booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
