• The remaining balance must be settled prior to the commencement of the tour and deadlines will be advised depending on the period of travel.
• Details of the cancellation policy will be communicated based on the property selected.
• For bookings made within 21 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• The company reserves the right to cancel any booking that does not comply with the above payment terms.
