Terms & Conditions – Neste Uganda Safaris
By booking a tour with Neste Uganda Safaris, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment
A deposit of 30% to 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking.
Full payment must be completed at least 30 days before the start of the tour.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other agreed methods.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Refunds are subject to the following charges:
More than 30 days before the tour: 80% refund
15–30 days before the tour: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund
Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are non-refundable once booked.
3. Amendments
Changes to itineraries are possible but may incur additional costs.
Neste Uganda Safaris reserves the right to adjust routes or activities due to weather, safety, or park regulations.
4. Insurance
All travelers must have personal travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and other risks.
Neste Uganda Safaris is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages incurred during the tour.
5. Health and Safety
Clients should be in good physical condition and inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions in advance.
We recommend travelers seek medical advice on vaccinations or health precautions before travel.
6. Travel Documents and Visas
Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and vaccination records.
Neste Uganda Safaris can provide guidance but is not responsible for denied entry or delays due to missing documents.
7. Wildlife Sightings
While we strive to maximize wildlife viewing, sightings are not guaranteed as animals roam freely in their natural habitats.
8. Responsibility and Liability
Neste Uganda Safaris shall not be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by weather, political unrest, flight cancellations, or third-party providers.
We are not liable for any injury, illness, or death during the trip.
9. Conduct
We expect clients to respect local cultures, guides, wildlife, and fellow travelers.
Any disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
Any disputes will be resolved under Ugandan jurisdiction.
