1. Booking Confirmation
• All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a 30% non-refundable deposit.
• The balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the start of the tour.
2. Payment
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods communicated in writing.
• All transaction fees (including bank charges) must be borne by the client.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Cancellation fees apply as follows:
o 30+ days before the tour: loss of deposit
o 15–29 days: 50% of total cost
o 0–14 days: 100% of total cost (no refund)
• Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or unused services.
4. Changes by the Client
• Any changes requested after confirmation may incur additional charges.
• We will try our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
5. Changes by Ani & Mad Holidays
• We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to weather, park regulations, or circumstances beyond our control. Equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible.
6. Insurance
• All clients are required to have comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering trip cancellation, emergency evacuation, and personal belongings.
7. Health & Safety
• Clients are responsible for understanding health risks related to travel in Zambia, including malaria and vaccinations.
• Ani & Mad Holidays complies with park and lodge safety protocols but cannot be held liable for injuries caused by wildlife or environmental conditions.
8. Responsibility & Liability
• Ani & Mad Holidays acts as an agent for lodges, airlines, and other third-party suppliers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by these providers.
• Participation in activities such as game drives, walking safaris, or bungee jumping is at the client’s own risk.
9. Passports & Visas
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all entry requirements for Zambia (or neighboring countries if applicable) are met before travel.
10. Children Policy
• Children are welcome on most safaris. However, age restrictions may apply depending on the activity (e.g. walking safaris). Please inquire at the time of booking.
