RESERVATIONS & BOOKINGS POLICY
* Any confirmed booking requires a commitment fee to be paid as a deposit. This shows the client’s willingness to turn up for the itinerary confirmed. The deposit will be determined by the type of safari package agreed by client and the tour consultant.
a) Budget Safaris- The deposit required is 20% of the total cost and the remaining safari balance is payable upon arrival or on the day the safari commences.
b) Mid-Range safari or Lodge safari- The Deposit required is to be portioned for the office to show
commitments on reservation of clients’ accommodation. Therefore 30% will be required.
c) Private Safaris – They require early arrangements to make sure transport, accommodation and
entrance fees are done on time… 20% deposit will be required.
d) Kenya Tanzania Safaris- 20% deposit for the budget safaris and 30% for the mid-range/Lodge safari or tented camps.
Notes:
Credit card payments attract an extra fee of 3.5%
All payments to ‘NELAI JEEP CRUISE SAFARIS’ are in USD
Cancellation policy
a) Budget safaris- can be canceled and 50% of the deposit paid be refunded to the client.
b) Mid-Range safaris- due to more commitments involved, whereby lodges and safari tents will have to be paid, the client will either hold the booking or receive 40% of the deposit paid.
c) Private safari- this will be balanced and refunded, if budget safari is 50% of the deposit paid, and if lodge safari the deposit will be less than the amount paid to the lodges.
