Terms & Conditions Summary – The Pearl Travels
By booking with The Pearl Travels, you agree to our terms governing payments, cancellations, travel requirements, and liability. A 30% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking, with full payment due 45 days before departure. We accept bank transfers, credit cards (with surcharge), and mobile money for local transactions. Prices are quoted in USD and may adjust due to external factors.
Cancellations by clients incur fees based on notice period, ranging from deposit loss to full cost. If we must cancel due to unforeseen events, we’ll offer an alternative or partial refund. All travelers must have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, lost luggage, and liability.
Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, and health requirements, including yellow fever vaccination if applicable. Upon full payment, we provide travel documents and reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to operational needs.
The Pearl Travels is not liable for personal injury, loss, delays, or third-party negligence. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, and guests must follow guide instructions. Accommodation is subject to availability, with equal or upgraded alternatives provided if needed.
Special requests should be made at booking; we’ll do our best to accommodate. Complaints must be reported during the trip or formally submitted within 14 days of return. Disputes are governed by Tanzanian law.
