The company strives to deliver accurate itineraries and quality services but cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes beyond its control, including those caused by weather, park regulations, or force majeure events. Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are subject to availability and park authority policies, and sightings cannot be guaranteed. Clients are advised to obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal loss. Accommodation or vehicle substitutions of similar or higher standard may occur when necessary. Cancellations by clients must be communicated in writing, and applicable fees will depend on the timing of notice.
