All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment and written confirmation from Vision Pro Africa Adventures Limited.
A deposit of 30–50% is required to confirm a booking. The balance must be paid 7–30 days before travel, depending on the itinerary and accommodation. Full payment may be required for last-minute bookings.
Cancellation fees apply as follows (unless suppliers impose stricter policies):
30+ days before travel: minimal administration fee or deposit retained
15–29 days: 30–50% of total tour cost
7–14 days: 50–75% of total tour cost
Less than 7 days / no-show: 100% of total tour cost
Changes to itineraries or dates are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must cover medical expenses, evacuation, trip cancellation, and loss of belongings.
Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and compliance with entry requirements.
Vision Pro Africa Adventures Limited acts as an agent for accommodation providers, transport operators, and other suppliers and is not liable for loss, injury, delays, or expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, wildlife behavior, or force majeure events.
Participation in safari activities is at the client’s own risk, and travelers must follow guide instructions at all times.
By confirming a booking, clients acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
