At TourwithPipi, we believe that your travel planning should be as seamless and stress-free as your journey itself.
The terms below are designed to ensure transparency, clarity, and peace of mind every step of the way.
Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days unless otherwise agreed. A booking becomes confirmed once a deposit has been received.
A non-refundable deposit (amount specified in your itinerary or quote) is required to secure bookings. No reservations will be confirmed until the deposit is received.
The remaining 70% balance is due 45 days before the start of your trip.
Booking vouchers and travel documents will only be issued after full payment has been received. Your itinerary will be updated with the appropriate voucher #s once these are received
Payment can be made via Zelle, bank transfer, or credit card. Please note that wire transfer and credit card payments will be subject to additional processing or transaction fees, which will be added to the final invoice amount.
Changes & Cancellations
We understand that plans can shift. Should you need to make changes or cancel a confirmed reservation within 90 days of departure, the following policies apply:
All changes are subject to availability and applicable cancellation or amendment fees.
Non-refundable deposits made to hotels, lodges, or airlines cannot be refunded.
Following the initial deposit, the following cancellation terms apply to your remaining balance:
More than 90 days before departure – wire transfer fees incurred by TWP + Travel planning fee of $100 will be deducted
< 90 days: 30% non-refundable deposit + bank charges and TWP planning fee as noted above non refundable
< 45 days: 60% of total trip cost + bank charges and TWP planning fee as noted above non refundable
< 30 days: 100% of trip cost non-refundable
