Terms and Conditions
1. Insurance
o Rates do not include travel or medical insurance.
o We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
2. Liability
o The company will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, including luggage.
o Any damage caused to hotel property by guests will be the responsibility of the guest to pay directly to the hotel.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
o 100% refundable if canceled 3 months prior to the travel date.
o 75% refundable if canceled 2 months prior to the travel date.
o 50% refundable if canceled 1 month prior to the travel date.
o No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before the travel date or for no-shows.
4. Payment Terms
o A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking for both accommodation and SGR.
o Full payment must be made before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
5. Force Majeure
o The company shall not be liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
6. Rates and Pricing
o All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
o Prices are based on current park fees, hotel/lodge rates, fuel costs, and government taxes.
o Any increase in park fees, accommodation rates, fuel prices, or government levies may result in an adjustment of the total safari cost.
o Final rates are confirmed only upon booking confirmation and payment
