BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure reservations.
• The balance must be settled no later than 30 days prior to the travel date.
• Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment upon confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• 0–7 days before travel or no-show: 100% of total booking.
• 8–14 days before travel: 75% of total booking.
• 15–30 days before travel: 50% of total booking.
• 31–60 days before travel: 25% of total booking.
• Above 60 days: Free cancellation or minimal admin fee
Note: Specific hotels, lodges, and airlines may have stricter cancellation rules, which will apply accordingly.
AMENDMENTS
Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional costs depending on supplier policies.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be made for any unused portions of the tour once the itinerary has commenced.
LIABILITY & INSURANCE
Mezznan Tours & Travel Ltd acts solely as an agent for hotels, airlines, lodges, and transport providers and shall not be held responsible for loss, injury, delay, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control.
Travelers are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of property.
FORCE MAJEURE
Mezznan Tours & Travel Ltd reserves the right to adjust itineraries or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, flight disruptions, political instability, or other force majeure events.
