Wookar Adventures – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
All safari bookings with Wookar Adventures are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit and written confirmation from our reservations team. Once confirmed, your itinerary, accommodation, and services will be secured according to the agreed travel dates.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the commencement of the safari, as specified in the booking confirmation. Payments may be made via Pesa Pal, bank transfer or other approved payment methods.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation occurs relative to the departure date. Some accommodations and services may have their own cancellation policies which will apply accordingly.
4. Changes to Itineraries
While every effort is made to operate safaris as planned, Wookar Adventures reserves the right to make necessary changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road access, safety considerations, or lodge availability. Any adjustments will always be made with the guest’s comfort and safety in mind.
5. Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, personal belongings, and other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Health & Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other required travel documentation for entry into destinations visited during their journey.
7. Liability
Wookar Adventures acts as a tour operator and destination management company. While we carefully select our partners and service providers, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control including delays, injuries, loss of property, or acts of nature.
8. Wildlife Viewing Disclaimer
Wildlife sightings are a highlight of any safari; however, they cannot be guaranteed as animals move freely within their natural habitats.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with Wookar Adventures, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
