Lorkulup Africa Legacy Safaris – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your safari booking.
The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the safari start date.
Bookings made less than 30 days in advance require full payment upfront.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation 30+ days before safari: full refund.
Cancellation 15–29 days before safari: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 15 days before safari: no refund.
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
3. Changes by the Operator
Lorkulup Africa Legacy Safaris reserves the right to change the itinerary, accommodation, or vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or park regulations.
4. Health & Safety
Travelers must follow all instructions from guides.
Travelers are responsible for personal health, vaccinations, and travel insurance.
Lorkulup Africa Legacy Safaris is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
5. Force Majeure
Lorkulup Africa Legacy Safaris is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Extreme weather
Strikes
Political instability
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
Guests participate at their own risk for activities such as game drives, hiking, and boating.
7. Travel Documents & Permits
Travelers are responsible for having valid passports, visas, and park permits.
Entry to national parks and reserves is subject to park regulations.
8. Photography & Media
Lorkulup Africa Legacy Safaris may take photographs or videos during safaris for marketing purposes.
Guests can opt out by informing the guide at the start of the safari.
