- 30-59 days: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
- Less than 30 days: No refund.
3. Peak Season Supplement: A peak season surcharge is included in the package due to high
demand for accommodations.
4. Changes in Itinerary: Any changes requested after booking may incur additional costs and
are subject to availability.
5. Wildlife Sightings: Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed as they depend on natural
conditions.
6. Travel Insurance: Clients are advised to have comprehensive travel insurance covering
cancellations, medical emergencies, and evacuations.
7. Visa Requirements: Travelers are responsible for obtaining visas for Tanzania.
