**Booking and Payment**
A 30% deposit is normally required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable 65 days before the first service arranged by Nova Earth Safaris. Bookings made within 65 days require full payment. Certain lodges, flights, private villas and other services may require higher deposits or earlier payment, which will be disclosed before confirmation. All reservations remain subject to availability and written confirmation.
**Prices and Inclusions**
Your personalised quotation specifies the services included, applicable taxes, exclusions and payment currency. International flights, private vehicles, private guiding and personal hosting are included only where expressly stated. Estimated airfares and other provisional costs will be identified and confirmed with you before purchase.
**Cancellations and Amendments**
Cancellation, postponement and amendment conditions vary according to the services booked. The applicable conditions, including non-refundable amounts and cancellation deadlines, will be supplied before payment. Charges may reach 100% of the affected arrangements, subject to applicable law. Date changes remain subject to availability, revised rates and supplier approval. Promotional offers and complimentary benefits may not transfer to new dates.
**Payments and Bank Charges**
Payments must be made in the agreed currency. Clients are responsible for disclosed sending-bank and intermediary transfer charges so that the invoiced amount reaches Nova in full. Any alternative payment currency and conversion basis must be agreed in writing.
**Flights and Travel Documents**
We can arrange international flights on request, although clients generally book their intercontinental flights directly. Please coordinate arrival and departure times with us before purchasing tickets independently. Travellers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas and other required travel documents.
**Travel Insurance**
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended from the time of booking, including cancellation, medical treatment, emergency evacuation, repatriation and travel disruption. Travellers should confirm that their policy covers the destinations and activities included in their journey.
**Travel Disruptions and Responsibilities**
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, and activities may be affected by weather, safety requirements or operational conditions. If arrangements change, Nova will communicate promptly and assist with available alternatives. Refunds and additional costs will be assessed according to the circumstances, agreed conditions and applicable law. Nova remains responsible for exercising reasonable skill and care in the services it undertakes.
**Acceptance**
By confirming your booking after receiving these terms and your booking-specific conditions, you acknowledge and accept them. Nothing in these conditions excludes liability or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
