All Seasons Safaris & Tours agrees to offer the above safari at the agreed cost under the following terms

1. Client has to pay 30% Deposit now and the Balance cash on arrival prior to start of the safari.

2 .In case of cancellation, the following cancellation policy will apply;

-60 days and above 100% Refund
-45 to 59 days 60% Refund
-30 to 44 days 50% Refund
-15 to 29 days 25% Refund
-Below 14 days No Refund

In-case the cancellation arises out of terror threat or natural events, the hotels will not charge for no-show but will issue a credit note for the deposits to be utilized in future visit .
