Almost a decade ago, Nick, a biologist & safari guide by training, started Tailor Made Safaris. Over the years his company has grown from strength to strength providing hundreds of clients with the trip of a lifetime! A great team of passionate travel professionals has been put together, and we're proud of our travel products, and the excellent reviews our clients consistently give us. We're big enough to have negotiated excellent rates from accommodations but are yet still small enough to offer personalised service.
At Tailor Made Safaris, our team of 9 consists of ex-travellers that turned into travel agents & tour operators! We love combining our experience and expertise in order to create fantastic holidays for our customers. As our name suggests, we tailor make anything to your wishes. From trips of a few days to six week long holidays, we organise it all. So even though we list some example tours here, we can adjust them to your liking. Our slogan is Drive less, Experience more for a reason! We offer fully guided tours, as well as exceptionally well organised self-drive tours. During the latter, you drive yourself from destination to destination in a rental car, but enjoy guided activities at the actual destinations. This allows for the best value holiday money can buy. We organise everything, provide you with a GPS navigation device, a mobile phone with South African sim-card, and a bound, full-colour travel book written specifically for your holiday! This book contains all the information you could possibly need, such as exact GPS coordinates, information about the parks, and lots more.
