As a destination management company based in Kenya, the company offers Tour Operator and Ground Handling Services to overseas tour operators for travel to Africa.
The company is also a bonded member of Kenya Association of Tour Operators (KATO) and Tourism Regulatory Authority(TRA). Accordingly, we abide by the KATO and TRA codes of Conduct, which govern areas such as accurate advertising, fair terms of trading, changes to bookings, and managing customer complaints.
