* Our Big Five Guarantee is based on a one-week safari in Tanzania’s Northern Circuit. If you don’t see the Big Five after a week in Northern Tanzania, we’ll give you half of your money back. Although we might be able to see the Big Five in as little as three days, we can’t guarantee it. Therefore, if you really want to be sure of seeing the Big Five, book at least a one-week safari with the Best Luxury Safaris!

Non-Luxury Options: We understand that our luxury safaris are out of the price range of most people. We also understand that many people are willing to trade off a bit of luxury for a lower price. Therefore, we've partnered with a few key safari operators who can deliver a quality safari at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, there are many safari operators who have an unreliable track record. We will direct you to the best among those who deliver standard safari packages (whose prices range from $300-450 per person per day).
Booking Policy
The sooner you book, the more selection we will have for your accommodation. The most popular lodges are often fully booked 10 months in advance. Therefore, to maximize your options, please don't delay.
You must make a 10% non-refundable deposit at least 90 days before the start of the safari for your reservation to be officially confirmed and guaranteed.
Full payment (the other 90%) must be made 60 days prior to the safari.
You must have a valid passport with at least 6 more months of validity upon your arrival in Africa.
Cancellation policy
- Over 30 days before your safari: 90% refund.
- 11-30 days before your safari: 50% refund.
- 10 days or less before your safari: no refund.
