CANCELATION POLICY
- Uganda Wildlife Authority refunds 50% of the tracking fee to the guest on grounds of illness recommended by the guide at the starting point of tracking.
- Visitors who track the whole day and for some reason fail to meet a habituated Gorilla family shall be refunded 75% of the tracking fee through Uganda Wildlife Headquarters in Kampala.
- Cancelation by the visitor for 0-8 days to the tracking date, you shall not be refunded anything at all.
- If you cancel between 46-90 days to the tracking date, you will be refunded 50% and the balance retained by Uganda Wildlife Authority.
- if you cancel from 90 days and above, you will be given 75% of the tracking fee and the balance remains at Uganda Wildlife Authority.
