Meanda Uganda is a bespoke, family-run safari tour company offering mid-range to 4* luxury safaris. We are owned and operated by Nick, a British adventurer, and his wife Patrah, a Ugandan entrepreneur. We specialize in Uganda and we live and work here in Entebbe.
Established in 2021, we are excited to be an emerging brand with the opportunity and freedom to do things our way. We provide a highly personalized service with a simple approach combining immersive safari experiences with carefully curated journeys, underpinned by a deep commitment to conservation and local communities.
Vivid Encounters
We don’t do drive-by’s. We get you involved and out there every chance we get – on foot, on water, even on horseback! We create raw, vivid encouforce fornters with Uganda’s outstanding wildlife, culture and natural environment. Take your time, with patient, friendly expertise on hand to decode it all.
Relaxing Journeys
Road travel is inevitable, but we carefully manage the journey – comfortable vehicles, safe driver, optimized routes. Charming, hand-picked lodges with a ‘certain something’, perhaps a waterhole, a pool, a spectacular view or amazing location. Time and space to relax and enjoy.

We are firmly committed to conserving the unique environment, wildlife and culture of this place we call home. We believe well-managed, responsible tourism is a force for good. We support vulnerable communities in partnership with Joeboentoe an extablished NGO, and we commit to core principles of sustainability through our charter: Footprints - which is available on request.
