Thoughtful organizers
I was on a 3 day safari to Murchison Falls with some problems along the way that they solved in the best way . I got to enjoy the wildlife and can recommend them for a safari .

Car rental
Actually we did not book any trip from East African Jungle Safaris, however, we rented a car (Toyota Land Cruiser) with the driver from this company and travelled from around in Rwanda and Uganda. Briefly speaking, nice people, good and professional service. All people from East African Jungle Safaris we had contact with are reliable and really nice (Fred in Kampala, Frank in Kigali, and our driver Twahibu).

well planned
The accommodation choice could have been better. Other than that, it was well planned and executed. The van was great for a small group as well. Most importantly, Freddy was trustworthy!
Caring, personal service
I did a 3 day tour out to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest (from Kampala) to see the gorillas. Fred was great in terms of answering my questions in a timely manner and making sure everything was as I wanted. He even made a special trip to the airport on his birthday to meet me for final payment two weeks before my trip! He is an honest, trustworthy guy. My only big complaint is that it is currently not easy to pay for these safaris by credit card other than Visa, but I know this is being worked on. If he could accept credit cards over the Internet, that would be the only change I'd make. Otherwise, the prices and experience were great!

Ronald was incredibly friendly and a huge part of why my trip was so great.
I had an incredible experience with East African Jungle Safaris! As a solo woman traveler, I was a bit nervous, but I had an incredible time with my guide, Ronald. The sites were beautiful and I really enjoyed the food and my accommodations.
I gather that the itinerary was more flexible than I initially had thought, so I encourage vacationers to play an active role in shaping theirs, though what they proposed was incredible as-is.
I am so grateful to have had the chance to explore Rwanda in all its beauty.

Uganda and EAJS - spectacular!
Wow, what an experience! I hired East African Jungle Safaris to put together a trip to see the gorillas, as well as several other highlights in Uganda, and they did an incredible job. They took 4 of us on a multi day adventure from Kigali, Rwanda to Entebbe, Uganda, seeing gorillas, chimpanzees, Shoebill storks, and more, plus lots of great experiences. Ruth was our co-ordinator and was very easy to communicate with; she set up a great itinerary. Ronnie was our driver, and he was the best! Great driver, kind, and calm, he took such good care of us everywhere that we miss him. I also must mention that Uganda is a stunning country - beautiful, safe, friendly. I am so happy we did this trip, and allowed EAJS to be our guides.

The operator kept great communication and was very helpful in all aspects of the trip.
The trip and accommodations exceeded my expectations. Ruth and Ronnie were very professional and made us feel safe and secure. Ronnie was an outstanding driver and guide who went above and beyond with everything involved with the trip. Ronnie was down to earth and very personable, the whole group loved him!

Happy to have made a new, dear friend in Ronald, who we all live! Excellent sana!
Didn’t need yellow fever vaccine and spent a very lot of money getting it. Could have used more details and help with the visas between Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda.
Lodges were absolutely beautiful and in gorgeous settings. Ronald was truly wonderful. We instantly missed him once alone in Kigali.

Custom package of Mabamba Swamp tour, Equator, Rhino Sanctuary & Murchison Falls
Honestly, this was one of the best trips I have ever taken in my life. The Mabamba swamp tour was great and relaxing. We saw all kinds of wild life including the shoebill. The trip to the equator on the boat was great. The weather was perfect and Mo was a very friendly boat Captain and had interesting information about the Lake and surrounding area. It was a relaxing end to a first day, which was preceded by a lot of travel and little sleep. The second day had the game drive, which was a lot of fun and had some beautiful sights to see. The trip on the Nile was great for viewing wildlife and seeing the falls from the bottom. It would have been better to be able to get a little closer but it is understandable as the current from the falls is to strong and overpowers the boat. The boat was short in seating so many sat on the engine covers (not a deal breaker unless you have physical issues). Outside of the boat being overbooked, this was a good experience. Still saw so much wildlife during the ride and could move around the boat to see everything. The stay at the parkland lodge was nice and the morning game drive found even more close encounters with the larger wildlife there. The top of the falls had some of the most beautiful views and I would have stayed there for hours longer if we did not have other places to go. Lastly, the rhino sanctuary was incredible. Walking amongst these giant white rhinos was a unique experience, and helps you appreciate these magnificent animals. Our guide, Eddie, was outstanding. He answered all our questions and got us where we needed to be. He took care of all the busy work and let us enjoy the trip, which was exactly what we were looking for. We have nothing but positive reviews about the experience, and I have told everyone already asking us about the trip as such. I plan to come back again one day and experience more of the Pearl of Africa because it is such majestic country. Thank you for being amazing hosts.
The pictures do not do it justice. It is not the same as looking at these animals up close and personal or seeing the falls for yourself and feeling the spray from the rocks cool you as you enjoy the scene.

Gorilla Trekking
We can not say enough about our experience with East African Jungle Safari. From our first contact with Ruth, we knew we were in good hands, she handled everything efficiently and promptly.
Once we arrived, we were greeted at our hotel Ronnie (our guide for the week) who was amazing. Ronnie is one of the most laidback, yet hard working people we have ever traveled with. He is sincere and treats his customers as if they were family. He was very conscientious and always made sure we were safe and having a great time. We highly recommend booking your excursions with East African Safari and make sure you ask that Ronnie is your guide ;-)
