Exceptional service
They are very attentive to your needs, I dealt with Vera who took time to understand my needs and was able to curate the right package that would meet my family's expectations since we needed a beach and Safari trip in regards to customer service and value for money, She kept in touch all the way through our trip and even after to make sure we were fully satisfied.
