Once in a lifetime experience
The tour operator was accommodating from the time we landed until the time we arrived. There were several incidents when items were left in our previous resort, and the tour operator did everything in their power to make sure the items were returned to us. The tour itself was amazing to say the least. Our driver, Moses, is an absolute professional and very knowledgeable. We were completely comfortable with him and by the end of the trip he felt like family.

Extraordinarily Rewarding Safari
Travel services provided by Gazelle / Ubon Safari Limited was exceptional. They cared very much, were very attentive to details and helped in times of need.
Given their support, the safari itself was very rewarding. We had a great driver who was experienced and careful at the same time. We were able to see the beautiful landscape of Ngorongoro and Serengeti, saw plenty of animals, and had many pleasant encounters with the local population. Accommodation was always to our full satisfaction.
I'd wholeheartedly recommend the safari and its organizers.

Sieds Botswana Safari
We had a fantastic experience in Botwana. We stayed at three different camps and saw a wide variety of animals and birds by doing so. The number of animals we saw was amazing. All camps had great food and wonderful staff, especially the guides. All our travel arrangements went smoothly. The whole experience was more than we expected.

Great first trip to Tanzania.
This was our first trip to Tanzania for Safari, but having visited other parks the Mandate to Umang was to create an experience away from the crowds and focusing more on quality over quantity in game viewing destinations.
Umang and Beena were very patient and responsive to any queries we had as we went through about 6 potential iterinaries which they explained in great detail.
Finally we zeroed in on Beho Beho in Selous (3 nights) and Kwihala in Ruaha (4nts). While both camps offer a a different experience, the Mandate was very well met in both destinations. Even the pick up and drop was very well coordinated from Dar with some very well appreciated special surprises thrown in during our stay ( I don't want to divulge for the sake of future travelers). All in all a great experience and clear and concise communication before our trip. We look forward to planning our next trip with Umang and Beena.

Amazing experience with excellent service and personal attention.
UBON made us feel like we had a friend on the inside track. All communications leading up to our trip and during our trip were clear, precise, and extremely helpful. Once we landed in Tanzania, we were greeted by friendly faces making us feel comfortable in this new land. Transportation came off without a hitch and all our accommodations were above and beyond all of our expectations. Our safari at , Ruaha River Lodge, was an experience of a lifetime. A beautiful, luxe-rustic resort with abundant on site wildlife and the friendliest staff and owners we could ask for. Our safari guides were extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They brought us up close and personal with the more wildlife than we could have imagined. We will definitely plan another adventure with Beenaa and UBON! 5 stars!!

Never have traveled with a company that managed every detail with such detail. I always felt safe, supervised, and cared for by all the staff; guides, transporters and, supervisors.
Top notch
This was the second time I have used ubon safaris for a Tanzanian expedition. From the start Umang made everything very easy for us. Always accessible, flexible to changes we made after our bookings and got us the best possible services. Umang even went out of his way to keep our families posted through out our tour from places where cell phone signals were not reachable. He made communication very easy and took care of all unforeseeable ground issues as well. We would like to thank him for organizing one of the best tours for us. Exceeded all expectations!!
