Fantastic safary
We had a private safary for 6 days: Ambosseli, Nakuru und Masai Mara. We got a really nice safary., thanks George, our driver, was simply the best.

Reliable and Flexible
We engaged Bencia prior to arrival to Kenya. Alfred has been given us prompt and useful advices on the trip planning. I did a price comparison and concluded to engage them for better value and flexibility.
We enjoyed the freedom we had throughout the journey. The guide cum driver was very patient with us and supportive, knowledgeable . He is very punctual and careful in driving in the difficult road, Worked very hard in one of the days for almost non-stop driving of 12 hours on extremely bad road conditions.

Good experience with a budget tour
Our five day Mt Kenya trek was an amazing experience. The hike passes through multiple eco zones, from rain forest to alpine desert. We saw many hyrax, bird species, and some monkeys. The summit sunrise was spectacular. Our route, up Sirimon down Chogoria, seemed like a good choice because it seemed easier to reach the summit from the Sirimon side and then we got to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Chogoria side on the way down.
Our guide, Daniel, knew the trail and the area well and answered lots of questions we had about wildlife, geography, and culture. He was attentive to how we were faring on the trail and helped out when needed. I would definitely recommend him and his crew. Our food and accommodations (mostly tenting) were good quality, and our porters were friendly and helpful.
Those interested should note that two things about the transport to and from the mountain: (1) we were taken to and from Nairobi on the public mini-bus, which was an over three hour drive, and on the return trip, we had to wait about an hour at the bus station before the bus filled up and embarked. This was an interesting experience in its own way but if I were to do this trip again I would probably try to book a private car instead to save some time and comfort. (2) the $50 car pickup on the Chogoria side on the last day seems a bit overpriced and was not really optional for us, because the hike is otherwise impractically long to reach town in time to return to Nairobi by the evening.

More than I could have ever dreamed of
We spent three beautiful days in Maasai Mara National Park for Safari and it couldn't have been more beautiful! Our driver Joseph was fantastic! He had eagle's eyes, seeing animals from far away and his driving skills were beyond words. No matter the condition of the ground, he would get through and made sure that we could see every animal possible!
Bencia Africa even provided our own own chef - John - who made fantastic food and took so much care of us while always having a smile on his face.
The service was amazing. Though we came to Nairobi to first spend a day in the city and then started Safari the next day, they still made sure we would get picked up from the bus stop and brought us to our hotel the day we arrived in Nairobi.
Last but not least the price was excellent! By far this was the best offer for Safari that we found, yet it did not have any issues about comfort, service or anything. Absolutely worth every cent! I would definitely recommend to book Safari with Bencia Africa!

Worst comparing to others
We have spend 4 days in Masai Mara with this company and it was worst of all game drives we had during stay in Africa.
- poor english of driver,couldn't cath a sense of the sentences
-car was not prepared for rain season( broken wipers, lack of solid tow rope, we were supposed to push car in mud)
- we were charged for tickets which never been paid ( company is cooperating on the side with gate keepers) however we received our game driver.The feeling we've been tricked was painful.Lies in your face. Plus was the food and they were on time with schedule.
To sum up -find someone cheaper or pay all tickets on your own.
They were the worst comparing to three other companies we tried during our stay in Africa.

While we strive to provide drivers with strong English proficiency, regional accents can sometimes present challenges in communication. Regarding the vehicle choice, we apologize if the budget van you booked posed challenges during the rainy season. Our budget option is designed to provide an affordable alternative, but it may not have the same capabilities as our premium vehicles. We apologize if this was not made clearer during the booking process. Regarding the entry fees, we want to assure you that we strictly adhere to park regulations, and all necessary fees are paid. We have verified that all payments were made for your visit and there should not have been any issues regarding entry fees because you have even admitted that you completed all the game drives as indicated in the itinerary. We still do not understand why you think we never paid the tickets and you still did the game drives smoothly.
We value your feedback and take it seriously. Our aim is to continuously improve our services, and we will use your feedback to assess areas where we can make enhancements.

Professional and fun tour to Mount Kenya!
I enjoyed my tour to mount Kenya very much (5 days, 4 nights). ORganisation beforehand was good, communication on whatsapp made it very easy to plan and ask any question. The guide (Juma) was very friendly and experienced, I felt safe. The cook (Doug) and porter (Kevin) were super friendly and helpful too. The food was also great, and there was plenty. Everything was taken care of and I made it to the top, so what more could I wish for? Recommend :).
