One of my best memories ever!
We really enjoyed our Safaris at masaimara.
I did 2n3d course.
Our guide was very friendly.
Also he was very active to show us more animals.
Thanks to his effort, we were able to see lots of animals!

Amazing wildlife!
We definitely enjoyed our Safari with Frank (our guide and driver) and Sokofo (our hard-working cook)! It was great to see all the big 5 within the 5 days and we really enjoyed camping in the wild. We would not have traded this experience for any luxury lodge - hearing the hyenas and lions outside of your tent at night was just a thrilling experience (totally safe, no worries!)!
The Safari was not conducted directly by Kenya Budget Safaris, as (as we were told on site, but not before) Esther always seems to work with this partner in Tanzania. This was a bit of a surprise to us in the morning of the first day, but we did not mind.
The car was in good shape, our tents and mattresses were comfortable enough and the food was ok. (Warm meals, especially dinner were great - the lunch boxes really weren't good and we got a bit sick of always eating the same things that were in the boxes after a few days...but again: we were in the middle of the wild, and every piece of food needed to be taken there from the towns, so it was fine.)
Frank managed to show us a lot of animals and did a lot to always make sure to get close to them, once he had spotted them somewhere far away. It was a pity that his English wasn´t so great - we were able to have basic conversations, but were a bit disappointed to not be able to learn more from him, about the nature, the animals, the people. He was a really kind guy, though, and we could see that he was doing his best to make us happy.

Perfect service!
I was very happy with the professional service: clear proposals in a timely matter. Upon arrival, everything went smoothly from the airport transfer to the safari in Masai Mara which made our stay in Kenya unforgettable!

Superb experience
When you book 'budget' safari you go with smaller expectations. Same happened with me when I arrived in Nairobi. My expectation was that I'll have a bit of hardships that is expected on any tour. I was wronged from the start at the tour when I was picked up at the airport by a cheerful guy, brought to a hotel in Nairobi which was decent as well. Then I met Esther and Francis who were the highlights of this tour (apart of animals and beautiful landscapes). I have not received a warmer hospitality in any foreign location than what I got in kenya from Kenya Budget Safari. While I was appreciative of the calm exterior of Esther and Francis, I was also wondering on how can someone be this serene and this hospitable with complete strangers.
Facilities wise - Hotels in Nairobi, Nakuru and Naivasha were decent. Camp in Masai was alright. Food was a bit of an issue there. Vehicle was comfortable and I have no word for the warmth of the driver.
I have seen the animals but want to go back for the people.

Esther always responded very quickly and with precise data to all our multiple queries. Hotels in Kenya were very good, of lower quality in Tanzania. Friendly people everywhere, and lots of animals during our stay. Wilfred, is an excellent guide. We was very patient and willing to help and share his knowledge. Kids loved him. I highly recommend Kenya Budget Safaris.

I will sum up our experience with KBS, by simply stating that next time we go back to Kenya we will not require a travel agent, Esther and Wilfred were outstanding.

very good service on short notice
We stayed in Nairobi for a couple of days and decided very spontaneously to go on a safari to Maasai Mara. After a little googeling we found Esther's agency and called her in the evening to find out, if we could go on a safari within the next two days. Esthers reply was positive and she sent us all the info immediately.
The safari was very well organised (as described on the website) and we had a terrific time in the Mara. We saw the big five and lots of other animals and have had a great time at the camp.
We shared the car with a nice international group of seven people and spent a good time with our driver Paul. He's great fun and seems to know everything about Mara roads and animals.
We happily recommend Esthers service, Pauls driving skills and the budget safaris with Esthers agency.

amazing experience and good service !!
I said to Esther what days i have available and what i want to do and she organized for me perfectly, she is very kind an efficient and the price was very good. The mountain guide wilson was very profesional and the mount kenya was an amazing and beautiful experience, the second part, the safari was great too, the driver very profesional too. tent's safari, is not a luxury safari but was enought for me.

Todo fue muy bien, le indique a Esther que días tenía libres y que quería hacer y ella me lo organizo todo con un precio muy bueno. La parte de la montaña fue muy bien, el guía era muy profesional y la parte del safari fue genial, eso sí las tiendas no son de lujo, pero lo importante es la naturaleza. Recomiendo esta agencia por su profesionalidad.

Great experience with everything taken care of. Great value for money.
Esther coordinated everything for us on behalf of the company. She is tremendously patient and extremely prompt with her responses. The suggested trip was optimal and we saw almost every animal. Everything that was promised was delivered.
Our driver was Samy and he performed with sincerity, making every effort to ensure we spot the animals and get a good view.
The weather was excellent during the last week of July making the overall experience even more pleasant.
Tip to travellers... Do your homework so you know what to expect at each of the places.
My only disappointment was that I could not do the long tour of the gorges in Lake Naivasha because although I had plenty of time before my flight there was a member in our group who had to catch a bus from Nairobi.
But overall it was an amazing experience and I've been recommending the company and specifically Esther to all my friends. Keep up the good work
