Simply careless and borderline dishonest

We had a terrible experience having rented a unit in Diani Beach Golden Sands Diani Kenya from Acheche tours. The unit was advertised as one thing and when we got there quite different. Very many things were not working and the entire complex where the apartment is located is derelict condition. Elevators not working, busted ceilings boards, pool with overgrown grass and no pool chairs.. I can go on forever. My key grip is with Acheche tours. They did nothing to resolve the issues. Ann claimed not to have known about the condition and yet took the money. And simply stopped responding to us. You plan your trip with Acheche at your own peril

Mr Joseph, As you shared in your review, We are sorry to learn that our services did not live up to your expectations & its unfortunate you had a terrible experience with one of the accommodation offered by us. and for this, we do apologize. Our customers are the heart of our business.

Sir We understand you’re feeling disappointed about the accommodation. The complains we are aware of are about a bathroom leakage which you verified it was ok and sorted by closing a tap, a freezer door that would not close whereby the owner of the apartment was notified he said he looked in to it. Unavailability of a dust bin which was provided by a cleaning lady the next day. About the small leakage under the sink the owner of the house said he looked in to it too.

We are also aware per the conversations shared to us. On WhatsApp Ann was there & she tried to assist you. Upon your check in she asked you if all was ok, your response was - all was fine and a final transaction was done by you to complete payments for your stay.

Again accept our sincere apology. We will still look further in to this matter.
