Uganda 6 Day Safari - great choices of activities & unique lodging
We had an excellent 6 day safari with Steady Safaris - we did gorilla tracking in Bwindi, Buhoma Community Walk, game drives in Queen Elizabeth National Park (tree climbing lions, leopards, elephants and more), Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise (hippos, crocs, water buffaloes, birds) and chimp tracking and Swamp Walk in Kibale National Forest. Carlos selected great lodges (Buhoma Community Rest Center,Bush Lodge,Chimps Nest) which exceeded our expectations for food and lodging. All lodges provided a unique African experience. Our driver Arthur made sure we saw all the highlights and delivered us safely to our destinations. Carlos also helped with last minute changes as one of our group was unable to make the trip due to a broken arm

Game Drive through Murchison Falls National Park and boat trip up the Nile with my two teenage sons.
The owner of Steady Safaris, Carlos, was agreeable and accommodating to the various changes we made in our itinerary. Carlos upgraded our transportation to a Land cruiser to increase our comfort and ability to better navigate the potentially muddy roads in the game park. Our driver, Arthur, was careful and always on time for the drives from Kampala to Murchison, in the park, and on the way back to Kampala. Arthur was happy to discuss various topics with my sons from life in Uganda to Premiere League football in Europe.
In Murchison, Arthur was always ready to assist us in getting ready for early morning game drives, help with our lodging arrangements, and dealing with Ugandan Park officials. Arthur made the whole trip very easy for us. Arthur was also knowledgeable on the various animals in the park and knew where to look to find the more elusive ones. Arthur was also conscientious about park rules not wanting to damage the ecosystem by driving off road.
Should I have the opportunity to travel to Uganda again, I would use the services of Steady Safaris.

I regularly recommend Steady Safaris to people I meet who are interested in travelling to East Africa. Our trip was seamlessly planned for us. We were involved in the planning and all or our requests were accommodated. Our guides were personable and as female travelers, we felt very safe and well looked after. We were able to go on night and early morning safaris, had great wildlife viewings, hung out with some chimps and even visited rhinos- all arranged by Steady Safaris. Well-organized and relaxing safari
I went on a safari to Murchison Falls National Park with my wife, infant child and two relatives. Our driver picked us up from our home in Kampala and stayed with us throughout the whole trip, including taking us on a game drive in the park. Mr. Olaaka of Steady Safaris was very helpful in arranging the trip and managed to keep the price of our tour very low. We stayed at the Paraa Safari Lodge, which we greatly enjoyed. Overall, we were very satisfied with the services of Steady Safaris and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

An amazing experience with a wonderful guide that gave us a unique and life changing trip
Our safari was wonderful. The communication and followthrough were outstanding. They were very timely and professional and the service was impeccable. I think the experience was better than I could have hoped considering what we tried to accomplish in just two days and with such a large group. I will definitely use this safari company again and look forward to our next trip!

We worked with Carlos. We had no idea how to start planning a safari excursion and from the beginning, he offered suggestions, gave us vacation package details, obtained reasonable rates and excellent accomodations! He created a the most beautiful African experience for us. He was fast to respond to emails. Details were organized precisely and nothing was missed. The drivers were outstanding and all had excellent knowledge of the wildlife and area/excursions. We had a group of 17 individuals, and Carlos handled every detail with expertise. Highly recommend the services. I know we will be calling them again every time we are in Uganda.

Ababa trip to Murchinson Falls
A group of us did an overnight safari to Murchison Falls National Park in July. Carlos went out of his way to ensure that the trip was a total success from start to finish. He was very professional and even organised an additional trip on the evening of our arrival. I would definitely use this company again.
