Thanks, Tasneem and Karibu organization. I have requested a good program to explore Tanzania safari opportunities and other destinations with my family. I think she offered us the best possible route with a family with kids. We have explored Serengeti savannas. The trips were tiring as the Serengeti is big!! We wanted to cover everywhere and this cost us sweat fatigue. Our first night in Melia Serengeti was wonderful. The management team (Thanks to Cesar Martines) took care of us after we mentioned about special requests (Halal Food). It was excellent.

Best Customer Care
An outstading experience. The itiniery was well planned, and we did the Safari first which was an out of this world experience. Game driving in the Serengeti National Park, spotting all animals, hearing the stories, identifying and learning about them was exceptionally fun. Then flying to Zanzibar and having a relaxing experience on the Island life was like cherry on top. Great safari experience with a brilliant driver!
We booked a safari tour with Karibu World for the first part of our honeymoon in Tanzania. We worked with Sona to choose the hotel packages and were overall pleased with the choices. Our driver, Kazungu was with us from the very start of our trip till he dropped us at Serengeti airport for the next part of our honeymoon. Kazungu was a lovely man and very knowledgeable and he made our safari experience very enjoyable.
The only suggestion I have for the tour operator was that as it was our honeymoon, I expected a few little touches from them for the safari experience e.g. tablecloth and proper lunches while on safari (e.g. plates, cutlery and warm food served from serving bowls as oppose to packed lunches). I noticed other people receiving these style of lunches whilst on safari and was surprised that we were not offered this option.
However, overall we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend our driver, Kanzungu.
