My family had a fantastic experience on our safari. We were mostly concerned with ensuring we had a tour
Operator that was trustworthy and reliable, and Pamela ended up exceed our expectations in so many ways. Our drivers were knowledgeable and fun, we built a strong bond with them (to the point that my son still talks about our driver!). Pamela went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, and gave us parting gifts so we would never forget our time in Kenya. She is trustworthy and invested in your vacation, making sure it is memorable. I would use her again if I went back to Kenya.

Pamela & her team were extremely cooperative and hardworking!
We had people ageing from 8-94 years and Pamela, Peter, James & Eric were extremely caring and hospitable. They helped with supporting the aged physically to mobilizing even their wheelchairs. the properties we stayed at were very well positioned with all facilities. We thank them and wish them luck for their fututre endevours. Will surely reccommend them to all our friends and peers.

Pamela's a Kenyan Wonder!!!
Our guide Pamela has been extremely respectful and responsible about catering to the needs of all age groups in our team starting from 8- 94 years. It gas to be mentioned that Peter is an excellent driver. He alongside Pamela has looked into every detail of our comfort and sight seeing. A special mention for Eric who's become my 8 year old son's hero who showered him with gifts and has been a pillar single handedly to an entire family of ailing tourists. I wish all of them the best in all their endeavors and would look forward to their company for our Serengeti trip soon!!!

Had a great experience with them. Great service from start to finish. Amazing tour through 3 cities, very well set itenery and value for money. Our driver/guide was excellent too, we were able to see the big 5 because of him. Very greatful for this amazing experience, will surely visit again with the same company.

It was really magical as they arranged all the booking in a short period of time which is remarkable
If you are planning your tour in Kenya I think this are the guys to look for . In mybcase i was in touch with them before covid when I was planning my tour to africa. Pamela was in touch with me since 2 years and she provided me with my choice of bookings within a very short period of time and very efficiently. The tour was a seamless cruise. Each and every detail was taken care of. Peter was appointed for our tour and he has been really turned our tour in to a memorable piece of time .

Fantastic communication and service!
The communication and support provided were impeccable. From planning the trip to going back to our place the communication flowed very well. Peter (the driver) was also very understanding and welcoming, he was time-perfect when giving information during the safari and always making us feel comfortable to ask or suggest anything.
The places we went to and the time spent during the safari was great! We got to see many animals and interaction of them with the nature.

Overall polite and professional team
I lost KES. 20,000 shillings with Pamela who’s the key person of Magical retreat. After all my support to her and the company she took my money despite of several requests and communication.
So not trust worthy!!!

From picking up to dropping to the airport and changing itineraries, the tour was well managed.
I like how the tour guide/driver was so knowledgeable. He put effort each day of the tour. Not letting me back to the accommodation without satisfaction of each plan of the day. Overall, I enjoyed it.

An amazing adventures unforgettable trip to kenya.
going to kenya was one of my dreams which went true last month .we join the Majical Retreated and adventure tour for 6 days with a private tour.it was very nice and organised by lovely Pamella. she is so nice and caring and helpful.
kenya trip is not a luxtury trip, roads are bumpy and cars are a bit old but this specific things make you feel that you are in a real safari trip.

Enjoyed 1D-2N trip to Nakuru and Naivasha with family
The trip was very well managed. Safety and convinience was primary concern. Pamela gave personal attention to all our needs. Overall we enjoyed it.
I wish we had a better price point... may be it was high season period hence not in control.
