Adventure with the kids
I took my three young children on a Safari with Transtrek to Amboseli and Tsavo East and West. We loved it. A real adventure and learning experience for the children and great fun for me. We were well looked after.

Awesome time Masai Mara for our first Safari / Excellente experience pour notre tout premier Safari
My sister and I booked our flight to Nairobi without arranging any tours/Safaris, and we only decided that we wanted to go to Masai Mara 3 days after our Arrival and despite the short notice Daniel arranged for our 3 days / 2 nights in Mara and even got us a French speaking Driver (Tony). We had an awesome time and I wasn't expecting to see as much much animals as we saw - We managed to see 4 out of the Big Five and may others. Our Driver/guide Tony, was very friendly, know a lot about the animals, trees and plants in the reserve. And his knowledge of the Mara allowed us to see all those animals. Avec ma soeur, nous avons decide de visiter le Kenya mais nous n'avons reserve aucun tour avant notre arrivee a Nairobi. Nous avons opte pour visiter le Mara, 3 jours apres notre arrivee a Nairobi, malgre ce delai assez court, Daniel nous a organise un tour de 3 jours / 2 nuits Avec un Chauffeur/guide francophone (Tony). Nous avons passe un Moment exceptionnel et nous nous attendions pas a voir autant d'animaux - 4 des 5 Big Five en plus du reste. Notre guide Tony a ete tres sympa et a une enorme connaissance de la faune et la flore du Mara. Ce qui nous a permis de voir autant d'animaux durant notre sejour. Un Grand merci a l'equipe Transtrek Safaris.

Transtreck was introduced to us by a friend a week before we left the Us.for Kenya.we communicated online and
they promised to take care of our safari in Tsavo and did so beyond our expectation. Time schedule was perfect,
and the guide mr Munyinyi,was always there when we stepped out of the hotel/lodge. The tour guide/driver was an expert in his job and seemed to know every part of the park,and where and when to track game. He is the kind of guide you would want to insist that he takes care of you in the park ,he made our tour quite an experience.our stay at Keekorok as promised by Transtrek turned out to be so comfortable,but we had to leave as time found us. Thank You Transtrek.

Amazing Safari Experience!
We didn't know exactly what we wanted from a safari, having never done anything like this before, but Daniel helped to put together an itinerary that worked perfectly and fulfilled all of our requirements.
Thanks to our drivers (Peter) expert knowledge and the good planning we saw all of the big 5 on numerous occasions as well as a huge selection of other wildlife. A fantastic mix of tented camps and lodges were selected by Daniel, all of which exceeded our expectations, with fantastic service and luxury.
Transtrek and the Mara Bush Camp even helped to keep a hot air balloon flight secret from my girlfriend until we reached the launch site, and she even agreed to marry me on the flight!
All in all an unforgettable holiday, I would recommend Transtrek to anyone!

Exceptional experience from Booking to Departure
I found Transtrek online, as I was booking a rather last minute safari after a business trip. Everything was handled perfectly, from the beginning. The lodges that were chosen suited my budget and were outstanding. Our driver was excellent...he knew a lot about animals and was very intuitive about vehicle placement for photos. In short, we were in excellent hands and I refer Transtrek without reservation.

Outstanding Safari Experience - Would Use Them Again and Again
We only had a few days for safari after ten days of charity work. Wanted to make the most of it while we were on that side of the world. Daniel was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right places to go and visit. Food was great, rooms were awesome, shower was hot (not the norm in Kenya). If you are lucky you will get Peter for a driver. He was very nice and was with us for the entire time. He also knew all of the local secrets. I would book with them again and I would definitely take my kids to where we went. Have fun!

Highly Recommend
What I really liked about Transtrek is their willingness to create a personalized and tailored experience. Daniel spent lots of time accommodating our every need and listening to our concerns. This company really does go out of their way to put clients first. We stayed in amazing lodges with great service and our guide was experienced and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the big variety of activities and scenery that Transtrek had planned for us- game drives, hikes, boat rides, beaches etc. I look forward to recommending Daniel and his team to anyone wishing to embark on a fabulous journey to Africa!

Wonderful Kenya safari
Our driver Richard and Dan who organised our trip were always helpful, and knowledgeable about the safari camps and the wildlife, the three camps we stayed in on our safari were all so different which we liked, all with delicious food, and lovely staff. We saw so many animals, and I can't wait to return to Kenya! We only had three nights to play with but I would advise staying longer if you can, as the distances between camps are so vast it's a long time to sit in a van each day so give yourself more time than us!

Masai Mara adventure
We, Ralph and Jeffie Herter and I, Oscar Frick enjoyed a four day pre-trip to Masai Mara with our guide and driver, Peter Ngaroiya. It was wonderful adventure seeing the tens of thousands of wildebeest and zebra beginning their migration back to the Serengeti. We waited at a Mara River crossing area for a large herd of wildebeest to start their crossing but at the last minute the leader of the herd had a change of mind and returned to the grasslands for more grazing. We saw 12 lions feeding and twice cheetah mamas each with 4 cubs. All was most exciting and Peter was a perfect guide and driver.
