Customer Centric
The trip was excellent with the tour guide being engaging at all times to confirm whether we are satified or not .His knowledge of the places where we passed through as well as the game park was something to acknowledge .The hotel accomodation at AA lodge was the peak of the trip .this was worth the money spent

Very professional and time conscious, maybe the best tour company in Kenya. Beyond exceptional .
I had a booking to be picked at 6 am they were 5 mins earlier. Was driven in a very professional manner around Maasai Mara park, they provided water and snacks as we enjoyed the drive ,very dependable guys who have a knowledge of the animals within the national park .They had prepared me properly on requirements needed to visit the national park and charges were ,allow me to say well within my means.
The guidance and constant communication about the animals we encountered is a dream come true for me.
We took 3 days within the Mara with each day providing a new experience hope to book with them for my next visit in Amboseli and Samburu.
I actually recommend to book with Dancom tours where professionalism thrives.

Best anniversary trip! ♥️
Everything that we have dreamt of for an anniversary trip came into reality thru Dancom Tours. Our coordinator, Josphat was such a great one. Everything went smooth and organized. He even paved the way for a surprise decor in our hotel and a cake in our Safari camp. That was such an extra mile which we find too sweet. Our driver and guide was Sam and he was such a great one too. We were able to see 4/5 of the Big 5! He always make it a point to give us a good experience and more importantly, he cares for other drivers as well whenever they needed help. Overall, we fully recommend Dancom Tours to anyone wishing for a happy, relaxed, smooth and amazing Kenya Safari tour. ♥️

AMAZING EXPERIENCE
I choose a budget package but got exceptional service. The hotel service was absolutely amazing.
The driver(Kikitu) was however the most memorable. He is very informed and extremely patient. He constantly went out of his way to ensure that we had an amazing experience. I will definitely recommend this tour company to my friends.

Brilliant service throughout our stay, the camp site was beautiful and the safari was a wonderful experience, Joseph was well informed and was able to take us on safari to see all the big 5 and more, i would highly recommend dancom tours to anyone about to embark on a safari, i would definitely book them again, many thanks to all for this wonderful experience, myself and my daughter have made everlasting memories and our friends are very envious of our photos!

Josphat took the time to email and arrange everything to our liking. He was responsive and accommodating.
Our driver and guide, Joffrey, was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout the safari (he told us he had over 30 years experience in the safari business). He got us right up close to various groups of animals. We even saw cheetah and lions eating their kill (might be graphic for some). Joffrey arranged for us to go to a Masai village, which was another good experience.
One thing I would change would be staying at the Mara Sidai Camp. Although the staff were all very kind and accommodating, it was a little too "rustic" for our liking. The tent zippers were not all working... the electricity did not run long enough for us all to get ready with light in the mornings... etc. However, it was clean and again, the staff was great.
