Luciano Tours helped me make good use of my one free day at Livingstone.
After a conference in Livingstone I had one day to spare, so signed up for a day trip to Chobe national park in Botswana. Luciano Tours made the sign-up simple and provided a full day of touring by flat-bottom boat and open vehicle. We were thrilled to see all the wildlife we had hoped to see and especially enjoyed the experience on the water. Our guide had an excellent eye and helped us spot many birds we'd have missed otherwise, and he had good knowledge of birds and animals. The border experience was interesting, and our guide helped us negotiate the visa process. All in all, it was a memorable day and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

A hands on, flexible and professional agency
A few months ago I contacted Luciano Tours and Travels for an upcoming group trip of 23 people traveling to Livingstone, Zambia. The challenge was that this was not your typical group but a fun and adventurous group that wanted to maximize their stay completely. From the moment the group they landed to the moment we left, we needed some action. I had some ideas of what I wanted to do with the group and decided to work with Luciano who efficiently worked with me to put the ideas in action. With the help of their input, expertise and local awareness on what's possible and not in Livingstone, the agenda ended up being one of the absolute best. Not only did they work hard to facilitate the ideas, but Luciano Travels was very flexible as well. We had some last minute decisions/changes and last minute transfers booked and they solved it all within a few minutes. The flexibility they have is outstanding, especially for a group. Not only was also the communication between us and Luciano perfect from day one, but they were also on site 24/7 to make sure everything worked smoothly. Could not recommend them enough! A big thank you to Shadrick, Vera, Thomas, Jason and the entire team!

Everything about my trip was perfection. Shadrick greeted me at the airport, got me through all border controls and obtained needed visas with no issues whatsover. He explained everything that was happening during the process so I wasn't nervous, given I was traveling alone. He always ensured I was happy and if there was ever a glitch in my schedule, an even better resolution was found. My trip was beyond expectations and much of that was due to Shadrick's professionalism and great customer service. I just wish I could have spent another week there!!
Luciano Tours did an excellent job of helping us plan and experience our excursions in Livingstone.
Luciano tours helped us plan excursions for our time in Lusaka. We are a group of audiologists traveling to Chibombo region of Zambia to help people with their hearing health and give hearing aids where needed. We wanted to experience Victoria Falls at the end of our trip for some rest and relaxation. They assisted us with airport transfers to and from our hotel, hotel reservations and excursions. They were pleasant, punctual and easy to work with. Our trips occur annually and we expect to utilize them again next year.

Amazing safari, very well oraganised & proffesional
The 3 day, 2 night safari in Chobe national park was fantastic. Our transport to & from Livingstone to Chobe ran smoothly. The camping facilities was really well set up and the food that was cooked was great! Shadrick was great as quickly responding to any questions I had via email before we departed. I would highly recommend!

Extremely professional
I used Luciano Tours to book my day trip to Chobe National Park in Botswana, Devils Pool High Tea at Vic Falls and Cheetah experience. My driver, Thomas, was extremely knowledgeable, an excellent driver and went out of his way to help me with any request, always on time - waited for me all day at the border and collected me after the High Tea on Livingstone Island, which I didn't expect. The other drivers who collected me through tours I organised through Luciano were always on time. I can only give a high recommendation to everyone to use them. I used Wild Horizons for one of my Horse safari bookings and was not impressed by them - they arrived late, took me for my ride at 10am instead of 9am consequently I finished in the heat of the day and would never use them again. I am sorry I didn't use Luciano Tours for my Horse Safari booking
