All about us.
5/5

Having never been to Southern Africa before we were relatively clueless about most aspects of travel in the Dark Continent. Thankfully Tammy and Alex patiently and expertly guided us through making choices which ultimately led to us having the most magnificent holiday experience. They made themselves immediately available to answer our many queries and to accommodate our changes of plans. There was never any pressure about where to go or what to do. Their service really was all about us.
Our trip included Victoria Falls, three Wilderness camps and Capetown. Thanks to our very detailed itinerary, every transfer, every connection and every reception went smoothly. Not once did we have a panicky moment, wondering what was meant to happen next.
We were able to enjoy every moment of our African experience, being up close in the wild to over thirty species of land animal, a myriad of birds and a colourful array of plant life. We met some wonderful people, amongst the guests, but especially including the friendly, dedicated staff of the lodges, camps and hotels.
We unreservedly recommend Remarkable Africa to anybody considering an African safari.

Wonderful advice and seemless organisation
5/5

We would like to publicly thank Alex and Tam for making our African holiday in Zimbabwe, Chobe River and Sth Africa a very special family experience for us. Alex was very patient in listening to all my questions before designing the perfect holiday for a family of four including our two young adult sons. I usually like to organise and book family holidays myself without tour operators but I needed advice about this trip and Alex was very understanding and his advice and organisation were so valuable. I am so pleased that he managed this for us. I expected that we might see some interesting animals and landscapes, but the holiday was so much more than just the Big Five! Yes, we saw them many times over, but our experience was enriched through conversations with the people we met along the way. Transits from airports to accommodations were always efficient and smooth and the accommodation suited us perfectly.

Tam and Alex were awesome and ensured we had a better time in Africa than we could ever dream of.
5/5

My son and I travelled to Africa going to Kingspool(linyanti) and Khwai camps via Maun. This was not my first trip to Africa but it was my sons and no stone was left unturned in ensuring we had the trip of a lifetime and the care and the focus by remarkable-africa was to make sure your my son was safe and consistently enthralled with new experiences every day. He has now fallen inlove with Africa and i am sure we will return and will only look at one company for our travel plans. Remarkable-Africa (especially Tam and Alex) are incredible to deal with and make your feel like your needs and desires are as important to them as their own.

An unforgettable experience!
5/5

Our time in the Okavango Delta was amazing, and such an incredible experience for us and our two boys – what a classroom! We saw everything that we could have dreamed of. We saw lions, one that rubbed up against our vehicle (incredible and terrifying at the same time!), giraffe, cheetah, a leopard that had just finished eating his kill, and was still hanging in the tree with the carcass , and elephants right on our doorstep (literally!). The mokoro trip was beautiful and tranquil. The staff were happy and helpful, and wonderful to our kids, and tried to cater to their food choices. They never went hungry that's for sure. We all loved every minute and would highly recommend to anyone to visit that beautiful part of the world. It is life changing! Tammy and Alex arranged a trip we shall never forget. Their knowledge and professionalism is what helped make this trip such a success. Thank you!!

Great advice, flawless execution = an awesome holiday experience!
5/5

It was really nice to be able to take our time, do some research and consider all of our options .... without feeling any pressure to "make a booking". We felt that Remarkable Africa had OUR best interests at heart during every stage and that they sincerely wanted to help us make this a truly memorable "lifetime holiday experience" for our family.

Our holiday was totally awesome! We only wished we had stayed a little longer. We got to see a lion kill on our very first drive out of the Chitabe camp and spent 2 wonderful nights at Xigera - a really good combination of game viewing and water activities. The amenities at both locations were 'WOW!' and exceeded our expectations in every way (the food was sensational).

All in all, our trip went exactly as planned and we never had to worry about a thing (except the hungry lions!). Excellent advice, great communication and outstanding customer service from Alex and Tammy. Highly recommended!

True Africa specialists giving perfect African experiences thoroughly recommended.
5/5

We first met Alex and Tammy owners of Remarkable Africa when they worked in Africa with Wilderness Safaris. We have come to know them well and have always relied on their knowledge and expertise of the bush. They have always recommended and made suggestions for us that suited us perfectly. They truly do listen to your every need and then work together to weave the magic for you to ensure you have a great all round trip.
Nothing is forgotten and all expectations are met or surpassed.
We would have no hesitation in recommending them as true African specialists now based in Australia that can help anyone anywhere make their African dream come true.
