Amazing!
Kerry Ririe from Pembury Tours is the quintessential travel agent! This is our 2nd trip to Africa with her and although you would expect nothing to match the 1st trip's magic, this one was actually even better. Traveling through Africa involves a great amount of planning , especially going from place to place. As previously, Kerry had every detail covered. Every accommodation was stunning and all with with absolute 1st class service. Transportation from destination to destination was always on time (early more often) with extremely polite and knowledgeable drivers. Airport transfers and all the required arrangements were completely in order. Her recommended resteraunts were always better than expected. This is because she actually "listens" to the traveler and uses what she learned from paying close attention, to plan the perfect trip. My wife & I are well traveled and I can , without hesitation , highly recommend Kerry for planning a dream vacation.

Experience of a Lifetime!!
Wow! Tammy put together an epic week long safari across Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia & Botswana to explore the unreal Victoria Fallson both sides, then cruise the Nambian delta and immersed in wildlife from the first second and then finish up at the most amazing Ngoma Safari Lodge, which was 5* in every single category! As you can imagine, the number of transfers and customs/immigration crossings was a lot, but it was a breeze, because Tammy had every single transfer upon transfer set up for us and it was seamless! All we had to do was show up with our bags and then the rest was taken care of. It was an adventure of a lifetime, and so happy I came across Tammy and Pembry Tours. We gave her a rough idea of what we definitely wanted, to see all four border countries, and then time we'd like in each one and she took it from there. Working with Tammy was as seamless as the adventure! The final client portal with itin, border crossing info, such as carry or have accessible all shoes across the Botswana border to decon saved us valuable time and energy. It was a class act from the first email. I can't recommend Tammy and Pembry enough!

Fantastic 2 weeks in South Africa
Just returned from one of the best vacations we ever had, and it was organized by Pembury Tours ❤️ Our manger Tammy was brilliant to plan the whole trip with lots of ideas and considering our wishes at the same time. We spent incredible 2 weeks time in Cape Town, Hermanus, Knysna and Franschhoek. With every place we thought the bar cannot go higher but it did in fact. We also appreciate the flexibility due to the weather conditions, we were offered the alternative activities every time as Tammy made sure we do not waste any single moment during our trip. All the guides and drivers were very professional, so there were no delays or any issues and the guided tours (both private and group) were very exciting. It matters a lot for the overall impression for your vacation that everything is thoroughly planned and organized with the best attitude. We had the best time in the Western Cape region and plan to return one day again!

Perfect
We had an unforgettable 7-day holiday in South Africa (August 18–25, 2025) perfectly organized by Pembury Tours. From the very beginning, Melanie assisted us with patience and professionalism, tailoring the itinerary to our needs and answering every question promptly.
Our trip started in Cape Town and surroundings: the Peninsula Tour, the Cape of Good Hope, and Hermanus with its whale watching were truly breathtaking experiences. Every transfer and activity was seamlessly arranged, leaving us free to enjoy the beauty of the region without any logistical concerns.
The highlight of our journey was the 4-day safari in the Kruger Park reserves. We were able to admire lions, elephants, leopards, and many other animals in their natural environment. Melanie at Pembury Tours organised a wonderful trip. Usually I spend a long time researching our holidays, agonising over flights and accommodation. Thanks to Melanie we had a stress-free holiday with everything going to plan.
We stayed at amazing lodges and never had a moment's worry about our transfers or tours.
Right from the Meet & Greet at the airport to our return to Johannesburg everything went smoothly and often exceeded our expectations. I have travelled to Africa before but this trip was by far the most relaxing and enjoyable.
The Pembury Travel Portal was an invaluable resource and Melanie maintained communication throughout the process of researching, booking and travelling.

As soon as we sent a request asking Pembury Tours for their assistance, we got a prompt reply from Gail Davis ( Point of Contact)giving us the trip options / explaining the details etc.
During the booking process, Gail was impressive with her efficiency, advice and willingness to engage in discussions about alternatives. Gail was extremely patient/professional in answering all our questions.
She arranged all Africa Internal flights, meet & greets in Airports ,accommodation, meals and logistics in Southafrica / Botswana / Zimbabawe . She arranged even all our additional activities in Zimbabwe . Everything was taken care to the point and worked like a well oiled machine without any glitch / chaos, we were really impressed with this.
We wanted to expierence all kinds of accomdation in Botswana , from luxury+ camps to Very Rustic camps , it was taken care perfectly . We stayed in a total of 9 Lodges/camps and everything was taken care perfectly .
The accommodation recommendations were all of high quality be it food/accommodation/service. The accommodations (different from each other) exceeded expectations and everywhere we appreciate the staff’s politeness.
Any customisation requests in the itinerary/room types were diligently handled by Gail. She went that extra mile and ensured that we got the rooms of our choice in all the accommodations throughout the trip.
Gail also had arranged a best room for our 2 night chobe river cruise on the Chobe Princess , this was one of our main highlights of the trip
Gail helped us with a detailed & Extensive guide explaining the Visa requirements / Currencies / Vaccintions / Medicines / Do’s & Dont’s etc , this was extremely helpful in planning our trip and avoid confusions / chaos during the trip .She kept checking up on us throughout the trip and ensured our trip went smoothly.
Pembury as a company was extremely honest/transparent in financial dealings, invoice was released immediately for any payment made. We really appreciate that.
All in all, it was a most memorable once-in-a-lifetime trip. We are really glad, extremely happy and satisfied that we chose Pembury tours. They EXCEEDED our Expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had the most incredible 2 week trip to Botswana: staying in three stunning Desert and Delta lodges. Honestly, every aspect of the trip massively exceeded our expectations…it was the perfect adventure! The wildlife and scenery are extraordinary, and we could not have been looked after better by the kind, generous staff at every lodge.
Loved the trip to Vic Falls and cruise on the Zambezi at the start too, which made a lovely relaxing start to the holiday.

Anya was wonderful in helping plan our first trip to South Africa. She took the time to find out what our interests were and what we hoped to see and then planned a great trip based on this, starting with 3 nights in Kariega Game Reserve which was a fantastic introduction to the wildlife, and then followed by a private Garden Route Tour which was excellent. Everything that Anya organised for us ran smoothly and she was often in contact with us before and after the trip to see how we were going and answer any of our questions. We would happily use Pembury Tours and Anya to organise future trips to Southern Africa for us.
